清潔で、スタッフも親切な、よいホテルです。私の部屋は大きく綺麗なバスタブがありましたが、同僚の部屋はなかったようで、注意が必要です。バスルームには床暖房が入っていました

Londonを拠点にしながら、Oxfordへの一泊旅行に、主人と成人している娘の家族３人で利用しました。　日本を出る前に、問い合わせたいことがありメールを送ったのですが、とても速い返信と丁寧な対応に驚いていました。そのメールの対応と同じように、実際の宿泊時にも、フロントでも、ディナー時、朝食時と、本当にフレンドリーで、心のこもった気持ちの良い接客対応でした。　Oxfordの中心から少し離れているのかなぁ、と気にしていましたが、Christ Churchからでもブラブラのんびり歩いて帰られる距離でした。　時間の関係で、評判が良いとのアフタヌーンティーを体験することが出来なかったのが心残りです。またぜひぜひ利用したいと思っています！！

１１中旬に５泊した。元は教会の司祭の家だったようでこじんまりとした隠れ家的ホテル。食事は実においしく、毎朝の朝食を楽しめた。安眠を誘うベッドで快眠を楽しめた。英国オックスフォードのホテルとしては最高で、大学との仕事のある人には便利なロケケーシヨン。過去３回滞在したが期待は一度も裏切られたことはない。

チェックイン時間より少し早かったが、すぐに部屋へ通してくれたのはよかったのですが、カードキーが曲がっていて全く作動せず、結局自分では一度も明けられませんでした。その都度、フロントの方が付いてきて明けてくれましたが、少々メンテナンスに問題があるのではないかと思います。 翌朝の新聞もサービスかと思いきや、しっかり料金を請求され、なんだか高級ホテルなのにがっかりしました。駅が近いので便利ではありますが、中心街へは少しあります。

建物は古く、階段は狭く、昇ると木が軋み、段差が斜めになって登りにくいと箇所がある。 部屋のドアが薄く、廊下を歩く人の音が駄々漏れであったのが残念だった。 しかし、一変部屋は広く、整い、浴室も清潔である。古いのはイギリスでは新しいものよりもはるかによく見える。 格式あるたてもの、情緒溢れる建物はマイナス面を打ち消して勝るものである。 朝食時のサービスも問題なく、美味しいイングリッシュブレックファストをいただくことができた。 立地条件はかなり良い。中心地から近く、歩いて程なくクライストチャーチに行くことが出来る。

歴史があるだけあってエントランス、ロビーなど350年前のイギリスを想像できとても楽しかったです。 部屋は快適でミニバーやバスルームなどとてもおしゃれできれいにリノベーションされていました。ベットはアメリカなどと比べてかなり細身ですがわれわれ日本人には十分。スタッフも親切。古い建物なので天井が低くややレストランなどはややごちゃごちゃしていますがそれを楽しめれば良いホテルです。食事は朝ごはんのスコットランド風のブレックファーストが珍しいソーセージなどありおいしかった。なんといっても焼きたてクロワッサンが美味でした。夕飯は系列レストランのＧＥＥ’Ｓへ。ほんとうにレベルが高くサーモンのタルタルやトマトのカプレーゼなど日本の高級レストランも勝てないおいしさでした。ロンドン周辺の旅行ならＯＸＦＯＲＤに泊まり、レンタカーでコッツウォルズを回るのがお勧めだなあーと思いました。

The hotel was delightful. It was tastefully furnished and exceptionally cosy, especially given the cold weather. The dining room was beautiful with the walls covered in interesting art with comfortable seating and well spaced tables. Our room was smaller than the photos imply but the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Everything was impeccably clean every day of our 4 night stay with free water and home made biscuits delivered to our room every evening. The staff are exceptional from the chamber maids to the Restaurant and Reception. Everyone was very helpful. Breakfast is expensive at 30 pounds, but the Continental breakfast is a bargain. One issue might be the lack of an elevator, as the stairs to the rooms are a stone spiral staircase, but the staff delivers and picks up your luggage. There is a lovely large terrace in front of this picturesque hotel which was covered in wisteria during our stay, where you can have afternoon tea, cocktails and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel, even though it is pricey, it is worth the splurge.

Charming hotel! Great location.

The Old Parsonage is a discrete, well-looked-after and very special hotel in a beautifully renovated ancient building. It is full of character and excellently located for visits to colleges / central Oxford. The staff are well trained but also very personable. The food (both breakfast and other meals) in the Michelin-starred restaurant is outstanding. This was our second stay and we will definitely come again.

What a beautiful hotel and restaurant. Week three of travel and this stay was delightful. Lots of stairs so please ask for help from accommodating staff. We watched an older gentleman almost tumble. The library is a great find, as well as the outdoor space. Michelin rating is spot on.

Extremely attentive staff. Fresh food well prepared. Very high quality and even better value.

Everything was great. Parking was on-site!
