Newuburyエリアに会社のオフィスがあるため、利用させて頂きました。ロンドンから電車でNewburyまで来た後、タクシーでホテルへ向かいました。Thatchamが最寄り駅ですが、Paddingtonから向かう場合はNewburyで止まる便の方が速くて、乗り換え不要です。 ホテルは少し高めの料金設定な気がします。朝食は、ふつうの英国のホテルで出てくるものです。ソーセージの焼き具合がいまいちな日がありました。カスタードクリームのパンとフルーツがおいしかったです。 プールを使いたかったのですが、時間がなくて使えませんでした。次回はぜひ利用してみたいです。

Nice and comfortable stay in this region. Staffs are friendly and speedy for the request.

Comfortable for even long stay with spacious room and friendly service. Small problems would be unstable shower amount and cleanliness in the work out area. I would like to book it again if I would visit around there.

Staff was lovely, however only one light worked in the room and the jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time that was a little frustrating. Would consider going again however pricing is quite high for damaged / un usable facilities.

Restaurant, bar and spa facilities were great. Some area of the hotel - corridors etc need painting and look a little shabby. Staff were friendly and attentive and food was very nice.

Clean & tidy room. Incredibly kind and courteous staff. Amazing amenities such as the pool, sauna, hottub & spaces available for conferences. Fantastic food at The Watermark.

The hotel was generally ok for the price. Wasn't impressed having to stand at the desk for 10 mins trying to check in unable to find anyone working there. The breakfast was ok but not worth £18. Room was basic but had what you needed for a short stay.

Room was clean, maybe a bit dated. Difficult to navigate layout of the whole hotel, lots of doors and corridors to walk through

Very welcoming staff. Lovely room. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

The staff are very nice. Room was clean comfortable and spacious. Room serviced well but no complementary biscuits which was unusual. It was a warm room and had good hot water pressure basic channel selection on the TV. Breakfast had a nice selection and I really liked that they cooked eggs fresh when asked for. We ate in the dining room on two evenings and enjoyed both our meals.
