近所には食事できる所や、スーパーマーケット等も多いです。地下鉄利用に便利で、夜遅く到着しても、近所で食べ物、お酒を調達可能でした。

駅からは近い free Wi-Fi をうたっているが，実際使えるのはロビーのみ 古くて狭い（スーツケースが広げられないくらい）

客室内はコンパクトにまとめられ、非常に清潔感があった。スタッフの対応が良く気持ちよく滞在をすることができた。

狭いです　スーペリアシングルで予約しましたが、スーペリアの意味を聞きたい。単純にひと言狭い。床でスーツケースを広げることは不可能です。ベッドの上なら努力すれば何とか広げられるかもしれません。 アールズコートの駅に近いのが唯一のメリット徒歩５分はかかりません。 フロントのスタッフは私のへたくそな英語も一生懸命聞いてくれました。 またすぐ脇には線路があるので電車の音が結構聞こえます。寝付きの悪い方には少し厳しいかと思われます。

駅前にて買い物にも便利 駅までまっすぐ徒歩３分 朝５時、始発音が鳴り響く 毎日始発５時～深夜０１：１７まで なし電車の爆音が建物を揺らす

五階までの階段、廊下、部屋は小さい。バスタブあり、きれい。施設は全体にはきれい、名前が変わってベストウェスタンに所属。電車のそばなので気になる人は厳しい。治安は問題なさそうだが、少し汚いエリア。

部屋が狭く、スーツケースが広げられなかった。 ドアの開け閉めの音が響くので、慣れるまでびっくりする。 駅から近いので、移動でTubeを使う人にはとても便利！

狭いフロントでしかnetが使えず、5,6日目は故障で向かいのホテルまで行かねばならなかった。直るまで不便だったし、ソファが2つしかないため、携帯電話する人たちの中では落ち着いて作業するのは難しかった。フライトを逃したのに氣ずかず、出かけたため、ホテルでは日本の自宅へ連絡するなど迷惑をかけた。新たに1泊し、次のフライトを決めるのに、イースター休暇で銀行決済はcredit cardが効かず、debit cardだけが有効だと翌日わかり、2日遅れの帰国となった。ホテルの対応は丁寧ながらも、細かい事は手持ちのipadだけでは不十分で、なによりも客の応対に追われるフロントでは作業ができないため、最寄りのnet cafeでパソコンと携帯を使い、fright 関係、( 早朝6時すぎにHeathrowを立つため)空港近くのホテルを決め、書類のprint outをした。食堂は改装中でルームサービスは別途金額が必要と言われ、外で済ましていたが、3泊目から部屋のドアに朝食注文カードが配布されていた。朝食は向かいのホテルへ行くよう指示を受けていた客もいて、システムがよく分からなかったが、尋ねる気にもならなかった。on-lineでの難しさがわかり、今後の参考にするつもりである。

シングルで利用したため、部屋は若干狭かったが、イギリスではトラブルとなり易いシャワー室が快適だった。熱いシャワーをあびれば、多少の旅の疲れはとれる。 おしゃれな洗面台の蛇口のデザインに多少の難ありー顔が洗いにくいーが、そのぐらいは許容の範囲。 駅からすぐで、利便は良いのだが、線路の上に建っているらしく、早朝の電車が走り始めたころの騒音が多少気になった。 歩いてすぐの小径を入った所のパブの炭焼きハンバーガーはおススメ。

3月中旬に長めで宿泊しました。 感想としては、 1．部屋の近くに地下鉄が走っており、騒音とライトでまったく寝ることができなかった。 2．部屋がシングルベッド2台分にも満たず、トランクを開ききることすらできなかった。 3．まだ寒い時期なのに、空調がクーラーのみ使用可能だった。 4．ネットの接続が悪く、なかなかスムーズにつなぐことができなかった。 5．ロケーションは非常によい。 以上

Great location as it's a 3 minute walk to the tube. Room was small but clean. Ideal value if stopping over for a night or 2. Singal poor at times if watching the TV.

Couldn’t alter the temperature of my room - no heating or A/C without the explicit say so of reception. Ridiculous

Reception was unfriendly and not helpful. The room stunk of cigarettes. The shower had no pressure. Would not recommend this place unless you have not other option.

There was a very nice person at the front desk for check in and who also helped to try and find the heater switch. Room was so very small and the bed placed right by the wall and window. Could not tuck in the duvet and it kept falling off. Radiator not accessible, staff tried to help but fortunately it got warmer so did not need it the second day. Underground station is very close and there is a wide diverse variety of restaurants close to the hotel Can hear the underground trains from the room, but not too bothersome. Creaky stairs outside my room I think too expensive for this size room and I am sure the larger rooms are more comfortable

Heating is controlled manually by reception which is strange. Room either too cold or too hot.

Hotel que entrega exatamente o que promete, como está no anúncio. Elevador bom, que é essencial. Ar condicionado funciona bem. Cama confortável. Banheiro bom. Quartos dos fundos tem barulho do metro, mas não nos atrapalhou dormir. Não tem café. Limpo e não tem cheiro de cigarro.

Don’t waste your money….too many better options. Stayed for 2 nights…. The front desk staff was not friendly but Alexandra was especially unpleasant. We were supposed to get two bottles of water in the room and didn’t. When we asked about it….Alexandra was extremely rude and said there was nothing she could do about it. TV didn’t work and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Rooms were very small. On the positive side, the hotel was cheap, located a block away from Earls court tube stop, and room was clean. I guess you get what you pay for….if you like rude front desk staff then this is the place for you!

The hotel was near to museums.

Slitna rum, fläckiga heltäcknininsmattor, trångt badrum, stopp i handfatet, väldigt trånga korridorer och jättemånga dörrar. Klaustrofobiskt.
