beautiful historical building. the hotel is in the old town area and it’s only 20 minutes walk to Santos station and TimeOut Market. i liked the free coffee and tea bar where you can have various flavors of teas and coffee. also there’s a grocery store in front of the hotel, so you can get anything you need in emergency. hotel staffs are very kind and you can consult anything.

お部屋はこじんまりしているが、夫婦2人には充分な広さ。バスルームも清潔。ピローケースに刺繍が施されていて、ポルトガルの伝統的な手仕事が散りばめられていて、旅情に浸れる。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。皆英語が話せる。ファドを聞きたいと言ったらオススメのお店に予約を入れてくれた。 最終日はタクシーのストライキだったが、ユーバーを手配してくれて事なきを得た。

ラウンジからの眺めが最高！天気がよければ青空朝食で、気持ちがよかったです！ 道がタイルで、ホテルまでの登り坂は少しきつめでした。

清潔な部屋と緑溢れる裏庭での美味しい朝食(毎日同じメニューでも飽きない)、フロントデスクの親切な対応、自由に使えるリビングルームとライブラリ、廊下も階段周りもすべてが温かみのある好みのインテリアで、リスボンでの７泊は快適で良い思い出の一役となりました。又、泊まりたい「家」です！

フロントの人が英語もらままならず、ツインルームがダブルだったり、チェックインに時間もかかり、サービスはかなりがっかり

①図書館&テラス：素晴らしい！ ②部屋：広い！綺麗！ ③立地：バス停が近い！ ④近くの美術館：泊まると無料！見応え十分！ ⑤水回り：不便なし！ ⑥水、コーヒー、クッキー食べ飲み放題！

I loved everything about this property but especially the stellar service and authenticity of a Heritage Hotel. Usually ready to move on but wanted to stay!!!

Stayed one night at As Janelas Verdes Inn to take in Lisbon. This is a lovely boutique hotel in the city walking distance to most major attractions in the old town. They offered parking at a reasonable cost so our car was secure and on-site (must book in advance). They have free tea, coffee, pastries, etc. and leave a decanter of port in the room. Large comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, nice products and great service all around. Definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay!

Great place to stay. Easy to walk to restaurants and nightlife but just far enough away that it is quiet. Beautiful well run hotel. Nice size rooms. Large bathrooms with amazing water, pressure and lots of hot water. Nice outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful weather and the view. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Tolles, freudliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sehr schön und praktisch. Kleine Extras wie Kaffee und Wasser inklusive. Lobby gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besuch wieder geplant.

Fantastic hotel, would definitely recommend

Lovely historic hotel with excellent service. Breakfast was fresh, well prepared and offered dishes beyond a typical continental breakfast. Library is comfortable with expansive river views. We have stayed here several times over the years and they always exceed our expectations. We cannot wait to return!

Hotel is amazing, nice big rooms, lovely breakfast area, library on 3rd floor is so cosey, it feels like a home from home Staff are very friendly & accommodating Location is good with a bus stop literally outside, you just need to know which buses take you where! Area is a bit run down, but work is actively happening to "spruce" it up Would reccomend highly

As always this true boutique Hotel is amazing! They are so accommodating attentive and gracious its luxury at its finest.Elsa who has been at Janelas Verde for over 20 years is the very best. I stay at over 50 hotels a year and this is the best.

Industriële haven

Wonderful, classy older property with a great deal of Victorian charm. Delicious specialty coffee shops just down the street and a beautiful cathedral to explore.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The upgraded room was spacious and had view of the harbour. The hotel is beautiful and traditional
