駐車場無料とのことだが要注意！！ボッタくられます。 部屋も最低なので、絶対に宿泊しないよう注意勧告します。 （駐車場のぼったくり問題） ホテルの前に、ホテル駐車場と書かれたゲートも何もない平面駐車スペースがあり、そこに駐車しました。 すると後日、駐車場管理会社とやらからレンタカー会社を通じて、 無断駐車料金￡１００の督促があったと連絡が来ました。 請求書にはホテルの許可証の提示のない車はすべて無断駐車とみなすと書かれていました。 チェックイン時、無愛想な受付は、私がレンタカーで来たことを知っているのに何の説明もしませんでした。 書類にはホテルの防犯カメラの映像まで添付されており、ホテルぐるみで常習的に釣っているとしか思えません。 駐車場無料との説明ですが、こんな罠があるとは・・・。 （最低の部屋） 200号室という普通のホテルでは存在しない部屋番号の部屋で その正体は、防火扉の外の倉庫を適当に改装したものでした。 風呂のタイルは割れて、カーテンはカビだらけ。 倉庫部屋なので窓は風穴程度で、部屋は悪臭で充満。 ベッドはスプリングが壊れており、寝ると傾いてしまいます。

ツインの部屋でしたが、普通のホテルでした。広いけど、若干、部屋代が高めかもしれません。空港まではタクシーで10分少々、バスもあります。

I didn't use the parking, but the area reserved for parking seemed easily accessible and large.

Average room but hotels is having some works done. Would stay again though.

Was just average ok

When we arrived the reception staff were lovely but we were let down to find the room we had been given was not clean at all and very dated. Stains on the carpet, Tobacco scattered on side table, floor looked like it wasn’t hoovered efficiently and curtains needed a good wash and dusting then when you opened them they had spider webs and dead flies down the side. We stayed for 1 night and had paid for breakfast we were informed breakfast was 7-10am as we came down to check out at 9:20am and enjoy breakfast we had paid for the reception informed us that it was finished at 9. Will not be rushing back.

The room was welcoming and nice. The restaurant on the premises was very good. Time saver. The staff was very welcoming and beyond friendly

Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that, staff were all helpful and friendly, unfortunately the building itself is the downfall, the cleanness was really poor, from the lobby and stairs all around it wasn’t touched in 4 days I was there it just needs a major upgrade all over, then the bedroom was fine but dirty curtains hole in door blocked sink no plug for bath and the most awful mouldy kettle must have been sitting there for months. I did ask for a new one and they gave it no problem but shouldn’t have gotten to that stage and out of date milks too was in the room. Altho it says pet friendly they were hesitant to let all 3 our dogs stay because of the kgs they weighed as apparently that’s a new rule that’s come into place. But was a fine enough stay just not for a cuppa.

Had a fire in the hotel on the 4th floor after 9.40 pm. That floor was removed from use for obvious reasons. Fire was apparently caused by faulty equipment in the store room. Booked a standard double but as given a twin single. In that room there was the smallest TV I have ever seen. I think tablets now days might be bigger. The mattresses were new but could count every spring that was poking out. Breakfast was overcooked. I was later moved to a better room thanks to the staff. This hotel needs a big time makeover and change in how it is run.

The hotel was like an oven. It made sleep hard to achieve. The room was clean but dated. The breakfast was great, the breakfast staff were incredibly helpful. She was so kind to my son. Showing him how to use the toaster. Very patient. Wouldn’t stay again though.

Very competitive on price, loved the meal deal of starter & main course plus a pint for £15.

You gets what you pay for. This is a budget hotel, which i chose for being dog-friendly and close to P&J arena. The staff were friendly and upgraded to a bigger room for the dog; this had one negative as it looked out onto a roof covered with rubbish, which i told the front-desk should be easily cleaned. No other issues.

I found the pillows quite hard. Sore neck noted would bring own pillow in future. Room was very warm. Even with fan on. Staff could not be more friendlier. I will be back in the near future . Food was excellent. Portion sizes very good. Originally booked through trivago and breakfast was 24 pounds but booking on site breakfast was 10 pounds. Not the hotels fault. It was quiet and other guests were very friendly.

Booked for son and grandson, who took 20mins at reception before anyone turned up. Full of workmen, some smoking weed outside reception, totally unacceptable. Handed key back and left. Tried to get refund without success.
