客室は清潔で、スタッフとも気持ちよい挨拶とコミュニケーションができました。 部屋は１階だったため（雨の日など）は道路のノイズが気になるときもありましたが、街なかなのですから当然だと理解しました。 朝食会場の環境（５階）はすばらしく、パンテオンを見下ろしながら食事することができます。 バッフェに並んでいる食材にも満足しました。

ロケーション

清潔で部屋も広くて探しやすかったです。 朝ごはんもとっても美味しくて、チョコクロワッサンが特に美味しかったです。 また泊まりたいと思いました。

The service is no problem, but the quality of the room itself seems to be upgraded.

場所、施設の広さ、ロケーションや設備は良かった。ただ、チェックアウトが少し遅れた際の対応が感情的であったのが残念。

サンマルコ広場にも出やすく良かったです。 接客も良かった。

リアルト橋とサンマルコ広場の間、ベネチアのちょうど真ん中くらいにあるので、観光で疲れたらすぐにホテルに戻れるのがいい。買い物した荷物も置けるし、寒かったら着替えもできる。裏通りにあるので、場所が見つけられずらいのが難点かもしれません。 室内も広く、荷物を広げるスペースがあり、ふっかふかのベッド、さらに歯ブラシやシェービングのアメニティまで完備。シャワーも水圧、水温ともに問題ありません。 朝食会場は少し狭いですが、チーズ、ハム、パンなどスタンダードに揃っています。 少し心残りなのが、ホテルからバス停まで水上タクシーで戻るのに現金100ユーロとまぁお高かった点です。ベネチアなのでどこもそれくらいなのかな。 駅から水上バスでサンマルコ広場前まで来て徒歩8分くらいです。 nihon nara mitsuboshi reberu desuga benetia desunode shikatanai to omoimasu

便利な場所にあり、清潔で快適。シャワールームが少し狭かったものの、かなり満足。

高くてもカナルビュー絶対選んだ方が良いですよ。特に夜の景色は最高です。

Friendly staff and fantastic location.

No air condition until may-was not told prior. Poor circulation in the room with no fan. Left the window up but no screen so eaten alive by mosquitos. Everything covered in dust, staff not friendly or very helpful. Positives are great location near st marks and shops and it has a direct water drop off site.

We were very happy with the location, staff, and room. Note that the staff is very helpful when things don't go as planned - I can't thank them enough for getting a room issue sorted!! Natalia in the restaurant cafe is THE BEST - treat yourself to a glass of wine by the canal and conversation with her!!

A little far from the train station but very close to Palazzo Ducale / Piazza San Marco. Better suited for a few nights stay to explore Venice well - I was only there for one night. Very comfortable and clean, classic hotel feel with nice art. Staff were professional even though I checked in at a late hour. The included breakfast was well stocked with different savory and sweet options / hot and cold food, drinks. The shower was great, fantastic water pressure. Bathroom is stocked with amenities and even a small sewing kit that I unfortunately forgot to take. There is an elevator. There is a bar/cafe bistro type situation downstairs next door attached to the hotel that closes at 11. The room came with slippers and both a firm and soft pillow. It was nice and warm inside. Window in my room opened onto the street with a nice view.

Bed was not comfortable, no kettle for tea/coffee & no Iron/ ironing board
