私の英語がつたなかったのですが、丁寧にかつ笑顔で接客いただけてすごく嬉しかったです！ 荷物をフロントでも預かってくださったのは助かりました！

ホテルの下が駅！ 交通の便が良く駅の周辺にもレストランが多く困らないと思います。

The man at the reception was kind and courteous. Although we were planning to stay for two people, there were only amenities such as slippers for one person. Bottles for shampoo etc. were difficult to use.

We stayed two nights. There were only bath towels and no face and hand towels! The air conditioner was too loud and bothersome. The temperature in the room could not be set to warm up the room. One of the telephones did not work! Should I be disappointed with $500 per night for such a situation?

Convenient to walk from subway station. There are some restaurant options nearby and supermarket is opposite side from the hotel. It was great stay

Clean and large room, perfectly located in North York. Nice dining options in the neighbourhood, friendly staff and beautiful gym.

The room & staff & breakfast staff simply made for a wonderful visit during a surprise return to winter that we weren’t ready for!

Room was clean and staff friendly. But hotel loud, doors slamming, ice machine loud, showers and other toilets flushing. It was one of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed in and made it hard to stay asleep.

Convenient for a conference

There were fees for parking that were not clear on the Expedia page. The room had an uncomfortable bed and was cold. The shower never warmed up beyond lukewarm. Nothing about my stay was even adequate. I will not by using Novotel again, nor will I be booking through Expedia.

Everything was great

Excellent location since metro and food court are attached. But pillow was a bit tall, blackout curtains had trouble closing, and no Smart TV.
