女性のスタッフは凄く親切だったが 細身の男性は態度が良くなく残念でした。 質問した後に、少しキレた態度だった。 滞在後、払ったと思ってた宿泊費をはらい 1日泊まる毎に5CHFのチップが明細に書いてて ビックリした。 同じ料金払うのなら別のところ泊まるとおもいます。 ベッドメイクもシーツ変えるとかじゃなく 本当に整えるだけ！ 汚れたシーツをそのまま使用してて残念。 最後の支払いでも5CHF取られるなら ベッドメイクの為にチップ置きたくなかったです。スイスのイメージが良くない状態になってしまい本当に残念です。

立地、設備、スタッフの対応ともに非常に良く、チューリッヒに滞在するのであればお勧めです。 5泊したのですが、朝食のメニューが毎日同じだったので、変化があれば良かったと思います。朝食そのものは美味しかったです。

Enge駅から徒歩で7-8分。トラムを使うと徒歩2分ぐらいのところに位置している。それほど中心部から離れているわけではないが閑静なエリアで、非常に快適であった。レストランも明るく、特に朝食時は日差しが心地よい。 スリッパも含めてアメニティも不足なく、バスはシャワーのみであるが長期ステイでなければまったく問題ない。 スタッフも親切で、次回も利用したい。

予想より洗練された部屋と対応。そして朝も夜も美味レストラン。市街地＆スーパーへの便利さも文句なし。デザインも洗練されていた。

レストランは静かで良いが、部屋が少し狭い。Silhcityからもちょっと離れているので、値段が良くなければFour Pointを選ぶと思う。ウォーターは滞在につき1本だけ無料。他のホテルは毎日くれるのでサービスの面で残念。

綺麗で親切なホテルでした。朝食のフルーツと、オーダーした目玉焼きも美味しかったです。パーキングもあり、街中にもトラムですぐに向かえます。チューリッヒは、公共の移動に一日券を買うことをお勧めします。往復と同じ金額ですし、チューリッヒ湖の遊覧船も割引になります

異常気象で連日３２度以上の気温の日が続いていたが、部屋のエアコンが全く効かず、辛かった。 部屋そのものは清潔で、スタッフの応対も良く、無料の朝食もとても美味しかっただけに、その点だけが残念。

部屋はそれ程高くは無い、清潔なシャワー付でヨーロッパ的で広くは無いが十分。 大きなスーパーマーケット（COOP)が入っているショッピングセンターが徒歩５分程度の所に有り有名ブランド品以外の土産物や食料品の入手が夜まで出来また外食も容易。 特にホテルは朝食付にもかかわらず内容が充実して大満足。 夜はホテル内のレストランでも素晴らしい食事も出来る。 路面電車の停留所が近く、ホテルのフロントで２４時間乗り放題切符を買えば繁華街まで１０分程度で容易に往復できる。

綺麗な内観、海外の割には充実した朝食、近くにcoopがあって買物に便利など、大変素晴らしいホテルでした。年の中心部から少し離れていますが、その弱点を補うほどの価値があると思います。

Très bel endroit, la salle à dîner terrasse/jardin très beau et très bon. Excellent service et l’endroit est bien situé dans un secteur paisible.

The restaurant is really great and the pricing is resonable compared to similar places in the city. Highly recommended!

Property is located way too far away from tourist sites. It’s not walkable distance to tourist sites. And there are no food places nearby. Area around the hotel is not welcoming at all.

Room was very spacious and well laid out. Little additions line a retractable cloth line in the bath tub was very useful. Room was cool though it was a boiling 30 degrees outside. Staff were were helpful. You can get tickets to lindt factory on the day even (most times) though it was not available online. Breakfast was good though not a great selection for vegetarians. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel and the desk help have an upgrade because I booked a room that showed a double ed in the pics but she said that room was only for one person. I had to pay $75 extra for a bigger bed.

Quarto confortável, otimo cafe da manha. Nao fica perto dos pontos turisticos.

Gostamos muito do quarto, bem espaçoso. Comida do restaurante excelente. Limpeza do hotel excelente tb.
