A couple issues lying in wait for a law suit. Front sidewalk a drastic need of repair. Carpet buckled next to 2nd floor elevated as you turn to go down hall. Breakfast is not very good.

The hotel is in need of updates. The pool was down for maintenance, the sheets didn’t fit the bed, no room service for a 3 night stay. The walkway is an accident waiting to happen. Not up to the standards of T & C.

Noisy AC in the room. Mattress a little stiff for our liking. Staff was nice and helpful. Will consider this hotel again.

Check-in was fast, hotel was nice, quiet and clean.

It was a good stay for the price. Their pool was out of service which was disappointing.

I think this location needs some TLC.

First nite had very strong smell of marijuana, despite being a no smoking hotel. Front desk was not able to address but did apologize. Rooms do not appear to be maintained. Bathroom door all scratched up, like guests have left pets in there. Pool down for maintenance. Smoking are right outside main entrance is pretty gross.

There were questionable stains on the chairs and floor and the bathtub drain stop didn't work

Great customer service

There was a man in the lobby when i check in and still after parking my car then he suddenly decided we needto share and elevator. I stepped to the other one and he turned to enter beside me, i walked back to the desk until he was on elevator and gone. The bed was pretty fair to average, not really comfy side. Room could use some cleaning on fance cielings and behind nightstands and curtains and beds. Not the cleanest and creepers for the price will probably not return. And had to go way down past the convention center door to park and no bell cart..and actually had to ask desk clerk to check out the floors for it..he said that i could at first...but i asked him to! Parking was a nightmare for 68 yr old solo female not packed light...a huge bus was taking up about 7 parking spaces should made them park at bottom of hill!! This was second stay...probably not again..cute place but creeper, questionable cleanliness, desk clerk not very helpful and beds only average at best for the price...plz do better!!

Chose hotel for pool - it was out of order! Hot tub out as well, had been indefinitely and for some time apparently! Stains all over furniture and cushions! Questionable on cleanliness all over!! Pull out couch was so uncomfortable! This place has really gone downhill since our last stay here! We won’t be staying again! Not a lot of ambition with front desk staff! Hallways reeked of marjuana! My kids even noticed!

The gentleman that checked us in had great customer service. Overall the stay was great.

Location

First the pool was closed , next the washer and dryer in the room didn't work. The next morning the giant mirror in the bathroom fell off the wall and shattered all over our bathroom supplies. Looked like the mirror was glued to the wall and finally the glue gave up. I told the person at front desk , he told the manager and she told us housekeeping haven't showed up for work yet and she went back to doing what she was doing. We picked what we could out of all the glass and left. The place worked but is very dated.

I paid $100 more than what it said online, the tv channels kept freezing and skipping so couldnt watch anything except for 1 channel that worked. The shower floor had cracks in it.

The front desk staff was very patient and helpful.

I had checked out a day early and came to find out that they didn’t check me out like they were supposed to. Allowing somebody else in my room under my name which I didn’t authorize.
