設備は綺麗でスタッフは親切ですし。食事もステーキや中華など施設内にあるレストランだけでも複数の選択肢があり数日の滞在であれば飽きません。ただ日本人にとってはどれも量が多めなので注文時は注意が必要です。個人的には部屋に電子レンジが有ればもっとよかったです。 最後に、大雪の日にタクシーが確保できず最後は雪の中近所を走っているタクシーを見つけに行ってくれたスタッフには本当に感謝しています。

凄く綺麗なホテルでした。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でよかったです。ただ日本語を話す事が出来る方が居たら最高だったのにね。

Friendly staff. Room was comfy but very basic. Lacked amenities one would expect for such a pricey stay. Cheap coffee. Bathroom sink lacked toiletries. Had to wash hands with shower bath gel. For the price would expect at least a bar of soap.

The room was very clean and well taken care of. The only thing we were surprised with was there were no robes available, but when I asked for robes they were immediately sent up. Other than that, everything was fine.

Rooms are old and the sound that the ac/heater make is loud. Service overall and staff courtesy is excellent.

Fire alarm went off in the morning before checkout - they were investigating but the alarm just continued even though we were told not to evacuate - was very annoying - toilets and tubs very very low - bed was very squeaky

Bed's are 👍 great but room was not clean.

I couldn't get there, WestJet cancelled the flight due to maintenance, nothing available until after the return flight, you are no help and will not get me a refund.
