良かった点 ・部屋は清潔 ・天井が高く広く感じた ・フロントの対応も良かった。（人気のレストランの予約を取ってくれました。） 悪かった点 ・シャワールームの仕切りが不安定 ・朝食準備を担当していた、スキンヘッドの男性の対応がぶっきらぼうで、良い対応ではなかった。

I loved the cozy rooms and quiet atmosphere. The birds singing in the backyard were beautiful.

イタリア語の話せない私たちにでもとても親切でした。 ホテルはとても伝統的で素敵でした。 駐車場への入り口はとても狭いですが問題なく安全にとめられます。 旧市街地へも歩いて行けるので良い散歩ができます。 おすすめのレストランも教えてもらいました。 サービスもとても満足です。

3日間のステイでしたがとても快適でした‼︎ シャワーの水圧が少し弱かったですが、部屋に新しいエアコンもあって快適に過ごせました。 朝食はブッフェで、パンやハム、チーズ、シリアルやフルーツにヨーグルトもあって良かったです^ - ^ 駅から歩いて30分くらいかかったので、初めて行く時は辿り着けるか不安でした。 アメニティ:タオル、歯ブラシ、ヘアキャップ、ボディ&シャンプー、カミソリ、ドライヤーも付いています。

とにかく広い。部屋も天井が高く、とにかく広々としている。シックな家具も良い。コーヒーと紅茶、クッキーを別室で頂けるのも良いと思う。ただ、かなり防音設備が悪く、音の響きがでかい。

Hotel is a little gem. On a quiet street with a lovely green garden/parking area in the back. Breakfast was abundant and wonderful, especially served by the warm and welcoming Grazia and her colleagues. Sweet park with tiny carousel and lots of children at the end of the block. If you master the bus network the area is well served, and even without, almost everything is still in walking distance. We would gladly return.

A equipe foi gentil e prestativa, o cafe da manha foi muito bom comparado a outros hoteis que ficamos em 10 dias na italia. O quarto estava limpo e tudo funcionava, mas achei que o quarto poderia ser atualizado para os padroes atuais. Os azulejos do quarto muito antigos e a cama com lencois idem. O box do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco maior. A noite o barulho do corredor e do banheiro foi frequente nos 3 dias. Uma acustica melhor poderia ser pensada.

Tudo maravilhoso! Atendimento, comodidades, localização para quem vai de carro é perfeita! Da para ir a pé até a área mais central, é fácil acesso de carro pois está no início da ZTL, só não esqueçam de informar a placa antes ao hotel, e eles mesmo fazem a liberação para o acesso via ZTL até o hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel I also stayed there in 2015, the last time I was in Florence. On this occasion there were seven adults, and everyone enjoyed the stay, tremendously. It is a charming building. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was great. There is a nearby supermarket should you have any needs. I will recommend this hotel to my friends without hesitation.

Within reasonable walking distance of center of town, beautiful room with on site parking.

Overall nice experience. Extra plus for the parking space that's hard to find in Firenze.

The check in is the fastest among the hotels we stayed: they took a photo of our passports and then give us the key. The hotel is about two blocks away to bus stops. So it is convenient. The only thing is that we also have to walk a couple of blocks to find restaurants.

Quarto imenso e muito bonito! O café da manhã era excelente, com diversidade e qualidade! O único e pequeno senão: não tem elevador! Tivemos que subir muitas escadas porque o nosso quarto era no segundo piso e o pé direito é alto. E o box do chuveiro era um pouco apertado. No mais, pode ser considerado muito bom!
