宿泊客は無料で使えるプール、温水ジャグジー、サウナが素晴らしかったです。私は使いませんでしたが、フィットネスもありました。 予約時点でいちばん安かった部屋（１泊１２０００円程度）に泊まりましたが、バスタブ付きで快適でした。部屋の冷蔵庫にはミネラルウォーターとポーションタイプの牛乳が冷やしてあり嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方はどなたも親切でしたし、レストランやバーも良心的な価格でした。 また近くに行くことがあれば必ず泊まりたいと思います。

ロケーション、スタッフ、朝食、レストラン、スパ、部屋の浴槽、全て予想以上でした。。唯一、部屋でwifiが繋がりにくかったことが残念でした。

湖水地方をのんびり散策する目的で4日間滞在しました。このホテルにして正解でした。まず、湖水地方の他の地域へのアクセスとなるバスターミナルはすぐ近くでしたので、バスに乗って他の地域をゆっくりのんびり散策するには良い立地でしょう。また周辺はショップやレストランも多くあり、しかもこのホテルの食事は朝のビュッフェが素晴らしくおいしいのです。朝しっかり食事をすると昼は散策周辺のカフェで軽く済ませるくらいで十分でした。部屋はバストイレがベッドのすぐわきにあって、多少窮屈な感じがしますが、毎日清潔に保っていただきよかったです。

都会から離れたせいか、のんびりとしていて、すごく静かな町でした。ただ、時期の変わり目でもあり、暖房がきかずちょっと寒い気がしました

ホテルの人の対応はとてもよかったです。部屋も使いやすく、快適でした。朝食はとても豪華で満足しました。近くにはＳＰＡＲというコンビニがあるので便利でした。

We were upgraded to club room due to my birthday. Excellent breakfast, room very spacious and clean. Good service.

Great short break. Lovely hotel with great staff and amenities. Breakfast was a wonderful experience. Spa facilities are welcome after a day walking and climbing hills.

We stayed in one of the suites, Olive 1, for the night. The room is lovely and very clean. Very nice touch having a jacuzzi bath, steam room and sauna all in the room. Highly recommend staying here. We will be returning.

Staff, Leisure facilities and Breakfast all very good for a reasonable price. Well situated in the heart of Ambleside with onsite free parking.

This hotel is our favourite retreat for winding down, eating well and spending time in a stunning location, walking and being in nature. The team that work at the hotel are so kind and friendly and are an asset to the hotel.

Great unique location in the town but still managed to feel pleasantly rural. Lovely spacious room with an appartment feel. Great breakfast options.

Hotel very clean and comfortable, great room and bed, nice bar/lounge area. However one reason i booked this hotel was of the spa facilities, which were disappointing, the sauna and steam room were poor temperature wise, and the indoor pool was quite cool. Cooked breakfast could have been better.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ambleside. We were given a spa room upgrade after the first room we had. The staff are outstanding here from Ash at reception to Manuel in the dining room and Hannah in the spa. The many lounge areas are lovely and very tastefully decorated. This will be our go to hotel when we return to Ambleside! Thank you for an incredible 3 night stay!
