フルキッチンの部屋を予約していましたが、案内された部屋はキチネットの部屋でした。でももう何も言いませんでした。なぜなら旅で疲れている上に、5個のスーツケースを持って移動するのはあまりに大変だったからです。ホテルの作り的に、部屋によってはフロントからとても遠くて荷物を持っての移動はとても大変になります。ただ料金もも他のホテルより低く、立地もいいので、全体的には悪くないと思います。

The room we stayed in had absolutely nothing decent. The bed was bad, there was no body wash, and even the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable—or slow even when it did connect—and we couldn't watch YouTube on the TV. The sink water was also too hot and difficult to adjust. There was no information regarding the Wi-Fi or disposable amenities during check-in.

The pool is shallow and cold the hot tubs fit 2 people only but everything was clean and the breakfast that comes with your stay is absolutely fantastic and more then makes up for it

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay. The room was only cleaned after I called to request housekeeping. The bed sheets were not changed, and when I complained, I was given clean sheets and told to change them myself. The air conditioner was extremely noisy at night, and the room was so dry that my daughter even had a nosebleed. Overall, the housekeeping and customer service were unacceptable.

Our hotel stay was great. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the hotel is centrally located. It’s nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. We brought our dog and he was greeted with local treats which was such a cute addition. I would stay here again!

The hot tub you couldn’t see the bottom of it because the water was so dirty.

Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Facilities were good. Room was ok just not super clean, kinda looked like just a surface clean had been done not a deep clean. But beds were clean so not too bad.

Thid hotel was an excellent experience from right when we walked in. Olivia at reception was so welcoming and friendly. Reception area was great and nice open sunny lounge area with a great coffee machine. We walked into the room and loved the balcony! Beds were so comfy! The soaps and lotions were great. Breakfast was basic but just a notch above other hotels. We ended the night sipping drinks on the balcony pretending we were somewhere tropical...we will be back!!

This is my go-to spot when travelling to Kelowna. Always great from the staff to the rooms to the pub. Highly recommend.

Solid 4star hotel. Clean, good breakfast, comfy bed, restaurant/ bar a few steps away.

The grounds are lovely. Our room was a main floor room with patio opening onto a green grassed area that was well maintained. This was lovely. But the room cleanliness and maintenance left a lot to be desired. The room smelled bad enough that I purchased a deodorizer for it. There were large “dust bunnies” between the bed and the wall that were simply gross. I moved the table a bit and saw that the flooring underneath was spattered with ?food?? I also purchased Lysol wipes and disinfected all touch surfaces. The wipes were dark after wiping the door handles etc. The patio door lock barely worked and the glass was dirty. The patio table and chairs were also soiled. The Keurig coffee machine wasn’t useable as it was extremely soiled inside. The floor didn’t appear to have been washed recently. Yes this was a pet-friendly room (I have a small yorkie) but the dog urine smell in the room was disgusting. I travel a lot with our dog and I’ve never experienced this smell before. I suspect a dog or two has urinated on the vinyl flooring and the urine has seeped under the flooring. The curtains also were soiled and need to be cleaned. Breakfast was alright. They had a selection of food but always seemed to run out for long periods before refilling. Hostesses were not friendly. Most cooked food is processed and high in sodium but they did have fresh bread, cereal and fruit. This property could be great but housekeeping and maintenance have let them down. I wouldn’t recommend.

My stay was short but enjoyable. Very clean and well organized and designed. The nigh staff were were amazing and very polite and very hospitable unlike the polar opposite of the day staff who I found to be unkind, rude , and judgmental. Not just one of them but , the front desk clerk, and her assistant , and joining in on the rudeness and lack of kindness was the manager.. They should all work on they're approach and not judging a book by its cover because if I had a business lead or opportunity to offer to someone it would be none of the day staff that I encountered.

We were underwhelmed by the room we received. For nearly $300 a night we would have expected a higher standard in rooms. This felt very motel like, the bed was hard as a rock, as were the pillows and the shower barely gave enough water pressure to rinse off properly.
