Nice stay at a nice property. First room had water leaking from the ceiling, and was promptly switched to another room down the hall. Second room after a day also had a bit of water coming from the ceiling vent in the bathroom. Tried to book a service on our last day, but they did not have any availability. Pools were nice, they did need to be vacuumed, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the time we had booked.

A majority of the rooms have outside entrances. I didn’t realize this and when I checked in, I asked. My original room had an outside entrance and I asked if there were any available with inside entrances. There was and she upgraded my room for free. It was very much appreciated!

Rooms and hallways smelled of mildew, I never like carpeted rooms either.

The room was nice and clean, for the most part. The bedroom was clean, the bathroom not so much. The spa was great. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, but crowded with people. The area is nothing to look at- highway-ish road with lots of strip malls. I like the fact that there is no daily housekeeping service and you don't have to worry about strangers in your room. There was painting and scraping in the hall for a couple mornings and that was too noisy.

The room was clean beautiful and large. When I tried to make a spa appointment they were completely booked up for the day (I did call early in the AM) . When we tried to go to Cloud 9 for dinner there was not one staff member on the floor. We only saw two customers. We looked around and saw no one. If I wasn’t a chicken I would’ve asked the customers.

It’s dated, dark and room though non smoking smelled like cigarettes. Having the spa is nice: food in the restaurant was good

The staff at this hotel are genuine and welcoming. The room was comfortable and just what I needed to relax after a few stressful days. I enjoyed swimming some laps in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. My 9 year-old-niece was with me so I didn't get to experience the spa the way I would have liked. If I ever make it up to Maine again, I will make it a point to stop here again. But perhaps with my boyfriend.

We liked the pool, but unfortunately we weren’t able to schedule a visit in the spa, nothing available during our stay. Grounds very nice. However, the air conditioning was extremely loud and we didn’t sleep well. The key cards didn’t always work, and the shower water was too hot and faucet’s didn’t work well. Stains on carpet and curtains. Very disappointed with our stay!

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and helpful attitude—everyone I interacted with was professional and kind. The spa was an A+ — a definite highlight of my stay. It was clean, peaceful, and a perfect way to unwind. The overall atmosphere was quiet and calm, and the property felt safe and well cared for. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips.

So initially I booked again because we stayed here before with no issues and conveniently pet friendly. This time, checked in, found that room given was a handicap room. Acknowledging that things happen, went back to desk with inquiry, front desk person at the time, checked inquiry and found that our room was under renovation and was given handicap room, I booked 6 months in advance The spa service was lovely,

Employees not very friendly, room keys would not work, pool closes early, I was not allowed to FaceTime with my daughter’s father to show him how well she was swimming, I would not recommend this hotel based upon this stay.
