El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones podría estar mejor , un día no nos hicieron la limpieza, la señora vino a las 16 h y nos dijo que pasaría más tarde y no vino, tuvimos que llamar a la recepción para que nos vinieran a hacer el servicio. Creo que haría falta más personal de limpieza. La comida normal , hay variedad pero la calidad muy justa. Deberían de controlar más los aforos porque dejan entrar a todo el mundo a la vez y no hay mesas limpias disponibles. Las piscinas podrían estar más limpias. El personal muy bien , muy agradable pero podrían haber más actividades para niños y más variadas. En mi opinión sería más un 3 estrellas que un 4. También deberían de controlar el tema de las hamacas , la gente se lleva las hamacas de la piscina a su terraza y hay mucha gente que a las 7 de la mañana ya está colocando la toalla en una hamaca ocupándola y en muchas ocasiones no están en todo el día. No repetiremos

This is a lower category hotel in the Melia chain, near 3* not the 4* and above we have stayed in previously and expected. The room was basic but had all amenities and the large bed was comfortable. General areas and pools were good amenities but the standard of cleanliness everywhere was low. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant, salad bar, breakfast cereals and cold food was decent. Fresh cooked food (in front of you) was good but food in self-serve areas was often cold and not tasty. Wine was dispensed from a tap (so not quality (!) while spirits at the bar were premium brands

Nice large clean rooms with everything you need , drinks and food available all day , all staff very friendly and helpful and love a joke , very very very very cheap bus to Ciutadella at €2 each takes around 20 mins from the sol Falcó , alternatively you can try the coastal path very rough in places takes a few hours with libation stops

The staff we're amazing super friendly and accommodating. The food options as a vegetarian were quite good and offered lots of variety.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine en demi pension dans cet hôtel. Positif: proche de la mer, propre, chambre confortable, personnel agréable, piscine enfant top. Négatif : pas de parasol, repas buffet moyen et servi tiède voir froid, odeur nauséabonde de la hotte devant la chambre (bloc hacienda). Bonne semaine en général dans cet hôtel.

Ett hotel som har det mästa frör barn till vuxna inom lek och träning, sol och bad samt bar.

Top sauber, einfaches Check in, check out. Gute Beratung an der Rezeption, einzig Zimmer war mit 2 Einzelbetten statt dem gebuchten Queensize Bett gegeben. Poollandschaft war für uns gut, Wassertiefe aber für nichtschwimmer zu tief. Dies wurde durch einen Rettungsschwimmer ausgeglichen.

Great location which is very near 2 great beaches both within 5 to 8 minutes walking distance. Bus line to Cituadella across street of hotel. Many supermarkets all around most 5 to 10 mins. walk from hotel. Clean comfortable rooms very friendly n hard working housekeeping staff. Overall staff at hotel speak English yet there are more Europeans visiting there than Americans so we felt a little slighted at times, could have been more very basic written info at hotel for non Europeans on how to get around the basic 5 mile radius of hotel just for newbies like us from US. Overall very pleasant stay would recommend to others highly.

El servicio es excelente y la limpieza la comida es pasable

Me gusto el trato de los trabajadores. Y NO me gusto que no hubiese ascensor.

Mi experiencia en general ha sido muy positiva. Nos encantó la atención recibida por todo el personal del hotel, encantador y servicial, en especial quiero agradecer la atención de dos chicas de recepción Ana y Laura, gracias por todo. Leímos algunas opiniones negativas de clientes que mencionaban la mala calidad del agua y decir que el agua no es para nada mala de sabor, no es embotellada eso si pero es filtrada y de buen sabor. La calidad y variedad del buffet de comidas fue buena pero resaltar que el fin de semana es mejor que de lunes a jueves. Sin ninguna duda volveríamos a este hotel.

Pedimos en recepción cama matrimonio y nos pusieron dos camas reclamamos y nos dijeron que el hotel estaba completo y que no se podía. Hice la reserva en hoteles.con para dos y al llegar resultó que sólo estaba para uno,leer bien la reserva para no pasar a nadie

Todo perfecto. Hotel precioso, muy limpio. El personal amable y simpáticos. Comida variada y abundante... Todo de 10!!!

On n est pas les uns sur les autres grâce au nombre important de piscines. Bonne nourriture. Très bel hôtel
