総合評価とレビュー Mercure Nelspruit Hotel

部屋は広いが多少古い。隣がモールなのは何かと便利だった。 (モールは普段は6時に日曜は3時に閉まってしまうが) 水不足で制限しているのか、シャワーの水圧がかなり弱かった。

イランガモールのすぐ横という好立地。 ホテルの駐車場も多く、利用しやすい。 施設は少々古くなっており、セイフティボックスは現在利用できないので貴重品管理は自分でしなくてはいけない。

ショッピングセンターの隣でレストランもあるので非常に便利。部屋は広かったがバスルームにありがたくさんいたのが残念でした。

ロビーが美しく、部屋はキッチン付きでロングステイにも快適。目の前がショッピングモールで大きいスーパーも入っており、利便性も高い。クルーガーはあまり人気のない季節だと思うがホテルは大盛況。ちょっと年配のフロントの女性が頑固で、2時ジャストじゃないとチェックインさせてくれなかった。Nelspruitでホテルという名がついた宿舎ではピカ一だと思う。

なぜか、ダブルブッキングになっていた。 従業員からはもう一部屋分の料金を請求されそうになったが、友人も同じように ダブルブッキングだったため、間違いであることが判明し、事を無きを得たが、 一人だったら、請求されていたかもしれない。 どうしてそうなったか分からない。

すぐ隣に大きなショッピングモールがあり、中にはレストランもあるので夜食事をするにも歩いて行け便利。フロントで２ｓｇｌベッドを頼んだのに部屋は１ｄｂｌだった。車の駐車場所を移動するのが面倒だったのでそのまま滞在したがフロントは部屋タイプを知らないのだろうかと疑問に思った。キッチンもあり部屋の居心地と金額には満足。

The place is in dire need of a major upgrade. Broken tiles on the steps. Lots of damp on the buildings. Algae in the showers. Broken window blinds. Poor functioning air con I also felt unsafe as there were people playing very loud music in the parking lot and drinking

I have stayed at the property before, and the standards are dropping. Bongani at reception was amazing, THANK YOU! The property needs serious maintenance. There are clear signs of moisture near the door of room 404. The floor-tiles in the bathroom are loose, the board supporting the vanity in the bathroom is rotten and the silicone that someone tried to apply is terrible. The shower-head is leaking water. The soap dispenser isnt proper, the reservoir is unceremoniously put on top thereof, and often falls off. I had to phone reception to attend to both aircon and telephone remotes were not working, I also had to ask at reception AGAIN the next morning to have it fixed. I also noticed some milldew on the inside of the shower despite the entire room reeking of bleach. MASSIVE cockroaches running around the lounge department

Reception is extremely bad. Upon arrival told us to go away and come back later they had electricity problems. Telling a client that is tired after a 10 hour flight to go away and come back later….. had to fight to get invoice… pure hell

Everything was good I really enjoyed alot with my family and the staff is so friendly.

The breakfast and staff at breakfast were hands down lovely! The tv lacked a remote and the heater was non functional.

Hotel pratique sur route du kruger

My stay was average. The place itself was outdated as such i was not able to discern whether the it was the decor that outdated or whether the place was dirty especially the swimming pool . But the place is near the city, opposite a mall so those are huge pluses if you are new to the place. Based on location i gice it a thumbs up.

Canvas missing from frame for covered parking; oilet leaks water continuously; website says laundry service but they don't provide - which is a requisite for all of my accommodations when I travel.

This hotel should be shut down. The rooms could be converted into kennels and let out to the SPCA
