スタッフは親切です。最初部屋にバスタブなく話したらグレードアップしてくれました。こじんまりしたホテルですがあちこちへのアクセス良好です。

周辺は華の都ロンドンのショッピングストリートど真ん中で、買い物・移動に最高の条件です。 今回は二回目のリピータで、前回の宿泊を覚えてくれていました。 従業員の対応も最高で、顧客としてリスペクトしてくれる態度はまさに”紳士の国”そのものです。 部屋は寝心地の良いベッドと高級感のあるこじんまりとした部屋です。 都会のど真ん中にある割には静かです。 只、バスタブとシャワーは別々に有り、シャワーの扉が閉まらず片足で押えないと開いてしまうのと寝室とバスルームの扉が閉めても開いてしまうのが唯一の難点でしょうか。 次回もこのホテルを利用しようと思います。

クリスマスに滞在したのですが、メッセージつきプレゼントを持ってきてくれたり、宿泊客でクリスマス・キャロルを歌ったりと家庭的なクリスマスを感じられました。

コーヒーメーカーはあるが本場の紅茶や日本茶を飲むための湯沸し器が無い。 頼めばいいが、面倒だ。他に、朝食は今一つ。これ以外は、満足しました。

スタッフ初めホテル内宿泊客も静かな雰囲気で落着く良さあり。建物は歴史的な建築の重みを感じる造りとこじんまりを求める時にはが良いホテル。近代的ホテルの快適さは劣るかと。

ホテルのクリスマスのデコレーションは、エレガントで本当にきれいでした。ベッドのマットレスは今までで最高！バッキンガム宮殿もすぐそばで、とても静かで、よく寝ることができました。(女王様になった気分）。ホテルスタッフもとても礼儀正しく、ゆっくりと心地よい休暇をすごすことができました。クリスマスイブにはホテルのワインセラーでクリスマスソングをコーラスのみなさんと一緒にみんなで歌いました。今回のロンドン1週間の滞在で、古き良き時代のイギリスの文化を少し、知ることができました。スタッフのみなさま！ありがとうございました。

部屋も広く、なんと言っても立地が最高。靴好きの中年男性にはたまらないジャーミンストリートのすぐ近くなのでしょっちゅう行っちゃいますよ。

The staff act as if they are doing you a favor when you ask a question or need assistance. The restaurants, on two occasions, charged me for more food than I had ordered. Service is incredibly slow.

This has been our “go-to” hotel for twenty plus years. Something has changed on this visit. We arrived only to find water dripping from ceiling in bathroom! Alternative room was next to outdoor bar/seating area — meaning loud. The GM was kind to provide a one night-free apology which, while appreciated, was not the wonderful experience we have come to receive at The Stafford. I hope they can recreate the old beauty of their property since this experience fell far short of historic standards!

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, der Zimmerservice äußerst gründlich und die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr heimisch. Auch das Publikum dort ist sehr angenehm. Frühstück und Restaurant im Hotel sind durchweg empfehlenswert. Ich habe meine Zeit dort bisher immer sehr genossen!

Exceptional service, especially Richard’s assistance with transportation. The American Bar provides a relaxed but sophisticated environment to wind down after a day of activities. I’ve stayed here many times, and it will always be my home in London.

I enjoyed my stay at the Stafford very much. I like the location and was able to walk around in Piccadilly, Mayfair and other areas easily. In fact, I walked back and forth to Oxford St. several times to shop and eat. The hotel food was quite good, and I enjoyed my daily breakfast. The best thing about the Stafford is their outstanding customer service. There is not anything they will not do for you. The staff is always friendly, courteous and very respectful. I believe their customer service is comparable or better to the finest hotels in London! If I could grade them I would give them an A+. ,

We love this hotel. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the neighborhood is perfect - close to walk to Picadilly shopping but tucked away on a quiet street near the park so you get the best of both worlds. The rooms are lovely. I have stayed here multiple times and will return again.

I expected the hotel to be more glamerous for the high price. Furniture in the room was old and raggy. Shower was tiny. But the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful.

Lovely hotel! This was my second stay, just as wonderful as I remember. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. Traditional feel with modern amenities. The location is fabulous. Highly recommend.
