かなり年季の入ったホテル。全体的にすべてが古い仕様。ネスプレッソのコーヒーメーカーとテレビが比較的に最近の物で、それ以外は20年前から変わっていない印象。

A cidade acolhedora, passamos o final de semana. Café da manhã excelente no comando da Nora que é muito eficiente deixando o café impecável logo cedinho. Ônibus na porta , estação de trem muito próximo (20min) é possível ir caminhando (malas pequenas) . Há uma variedade de comércio, bares e restaurantes, supermercado bem próximo. Em frente a porta do hotel há uma padaria self Service . No hotel há um projeto Green que caso não queira limpeza nos quartos o hóspede ganha um drink ( a escolha no pequeno empório dentro do hotel)

Die Lage ist gut am Rand des Stadtkerns. Der Rezeptionist (Mann) war hilfreich und sympathisch. Das Zimmer selbst ist gut (Ruhe, Größe, WiFi, Kühlschrank). Das Bad ist leider sehr dunkel, wirkt alt und hat keinen einzigen Handtuchhaken. Man muss ein Badetuch in der Garderobe aufhängen. Das Toilettenpapier war viel zu wenig. Die Rezeptionistin (Frau) nahm unsere Beschwerde nicht ernst. Parkplätze sind teuer in ganz Mechelen, das NH-Parkhaus nicht für SUV geeignet. Ein Gratisparkplatz ist am anderen Ende der Stadt nutzbar und kompliziert zu erreichen.

Ipaid for a deluxe room. The hotel assigned me a room that was without any heat source. NH Hotel would not change my room. On Friday night a group of rowdy young adults were also assigned rooms in my room vicinity. A totally terrible experience.

Prima hotel. Goed gelegen. Ontbijt met veel keuzemogelijkheden. Alleen wel wat krappe ingng parkeergarage, ook qua hoogte.

Hotel is in a good location and staff were efficient courteous. Public areas far too warm. Single rooms rather tired and in need of refurbishment. Other rooms spacious and well equipped but rooms overlooking street noisy. Also, rooms too warm and needed to open window to cool as no way to change temperature in room. Breakfast very good, but PLEASE get rid of musak. There is no need and peace and quiet much preferred. I booked 4 rooms for a party of four and I'm responding on behalf of all of us.

Hotel in great location. Breakfast was nice. Room a bit tired and maybe needs and update, but was clean and comfortable.

A nice hotel right at the edge of the market Square. A perfect location to walk the city for a few hours, stop back at the hotel and take a little nap, and then head out again. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. I'm much appreciated the coffee maker in the room. I have a single room and it's really perfect for one person.
