エアコンが効かなかった

ゴシック地区で、地下鉄が使いやすい。歩いても、いろいろなところへ、そこそこいけます。 エレベーターが、やや小さい。 部屋にティシュがない。排水音がやや気になった。 朝食は美味かった。 歯ブラシは、最高に良かった。 ピカソ美術館が近く、シニアな私はバルセロナカードで無料でした。

ジュメル駅からすぐで、周りには食事、飲み物買える小さなスーパーマーケット、観光、ボリケア市場も徒歩15分程 とても便利でした スタッフもいつも笑顔で良かったです

スタッフの方の親切かつ丁寧な対応のおかげで、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 朝食のバイキングも、料理の種類が多くてどれも美味しかったです。

窓はあるも、内側の配管側で光もなく景観もない部屋でした。これで四つ星？と思いましたが、部屋によっては印象が違うと思います。立地やスタッフさんはとても良かったです。

サービスも丁寧で、ベッドの広さも十分でとても綺麗な作りですが、あると思っていたバスタブがなかったので十分に疲れを取れなかった。

希望どおりの「ツインベッドルーム」で、部屋の掃除も行き届いていた。部屋は狭いがロケーションを考えれば納得でき、工夫をして大型スーツケース2個を広げることもできた。 通りに面していなかったこともあったためか、外の音が聞こえることはなく静かに快適に過ごすことができた。

近隣ホテルと比較して部屋が狭すぎ。その割に他より高い。 当たり前にあるものがない。ティッシュ、バブラシ、寝巻き、スリッパ。 バスタブもない。連れが近隣ホテルに泊まってたが広さも3倍、朝食付き、アメニティ付きでここより安かった。 二度とここは選ばない。

Due to my son having toe surgery 2 days before arrival, I requested a change of date under extreme circumstances. This was directly declined by the hotel, and also when Expedia appealed to them. I offered to pay a surcharge, penalty fee and take any date they could change it too but all requests were declined by reservations as I booked 'non refundable' We went ahead with our trip but it was modified and we could not take full advantage of the activities I had booked. The receptionist was quite rude about this issue on check-in, which I felt was unprofessional and unnecessary. The hotel itself is a central location. Our room was small and dark, with a tiny window and the cleaning was basic. Asked at reception for an iron/board which I was handed and had to take to the room (floor 3) myself. On the plus aircon was quiet, pillows good. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment.

Excelente. Muy bien ubicado. Los chicos del front desk se esforzaron por darnos las indicaciones para trasladarnos en el metro. El hotel está muy bien ubicado a unos cuantos pasos de la estación. El desayuno es excelente. Aunque el último día vi una cucaracha muy grande en el piso. La señora de la cocina se hizo cargo. Espero que la cocina esté tan limpia como se ve afuera y que lo de la cucaracha haya sido solo un accidente. por lo demás muy muy bien.

Adorei ficar no bairro Gótico, o hotel está bem localizado. Quarto espaçoso com excelente ducha

Tout était parfait. Nous avons apprécié d’avoir une vue sur la rue. L’entretient était A1. Le personnel extrêmement disponible et courtois. Le buffet déjeuner offrait une très grande variété de produits. C’était impressionnant. Le seul défaut que je pourrais mettre était au niveau de l’air conditionné qui était.. disons… modéré. Mais c’est le cas dans l’ensemble des établissements. Hotels- commerces-lieux publics. Excellent séjour. Je le recommande 100%. Nous étions une fratrie et la chambre était composée de trois lit simples très confortables.

Atendimento impecável do início ao fim. Todos são muito simpáticos, rápidos e atentos aos detalhes. Especialmente no checkout, quando eu e meu namorado tivemos problema com uber ao aeroporto, o atendente da recepção prontamente chamou um táxi, que chegou rapidamente, e colocou nossas malas no carro. Nos sentimos muito bem cuidados. Recomendo bastante o hotel gótico!
