エアコンが効かなかった

ゴシック地区で、地下鉄が使いやすい。歩いても、いろいろなところへ、そこそこいけます。 エレベーターが、やや小さい。 部屋にティシュがない。排水音がやや気になった。 朝食は美味かった。 歯ブラシは、最高に良かった。 ピカソ美術館が近く、シニアな私はバルセロナカードで無料でした。

ジュメル駅からすぐで、周りには食事、飲み物買える小さなスーパーマーケット、観光、ボリケア市場も徒歩15分程 とても便利でした スタッフもいつも笑顔で良かったです

スタッフの方の親切かつ丁寧な対応のおかげで、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 朝食のバイキングも、料理の種類が多くてどれも美味しかったです。

窓はあるも、内側の配管側で光もなく景観もない部屋でした。これで四つ星？と思いましたが、部屋によっては印象が違うと思います。立地やスタッフさんはとても良かったです。

サービスも丁寧で、ベッドの広さも十分でとても綺麗な作りですが、あると思っていたバスタブがなかったので十分に疲れを取れなかった。

希望どおりの「ツインベッドルーム」で、部屋の掃除も行き届いていた。部屋は狭いがロケーションを考えれば納得でき、工夫をして大型スーツケース2個を広げることもできた。 通りに面していなかったこともあったためか、外の音が聞こえることはなく静かに快適に過ごすことができた。

近隣ホテルと比較して部屋が狭すぎ。その割に他より高い。 当たり前にあるものがない。ティッシュ、バブラシ、寝巻き、スリッパ。 バスタブもない。連れが近隣ホテルに泊まってたが広さも3倍、朝食付き、アメニティ付きでここより安かった。 二度とここは選ばない。

部屋はとても機能的で清潔。対応も親切で立地も良いうえ価格も安く、朝食も種類が豊富で申し分ありません。

Hotel is in the center of attractions. Clean and good size of room. Staff are professional and helpful. Love their breakfast. Great location for public transportation. Will definitely stay again when we visit Barcelona again.

This is a more boutique hotel in the heart of Barcelona's Ciutat Vella. We really enjoyed the prime location, close to the ocean and with all of the interesting streets and architecture. We could walk to Sagrada Familia and the Arc de Triomph fairly easily, and the abundance of restaurants, shopping and gelato places made for a fun stay. Upon arrival, our room was a little warm and it didn't seem the AC was working properly, but the staff were very attentive and able to switch us to another room that was much more comfortable. The included breakfast is also really nice - continental but with lots of options.

Clean central location great value for money

This hotel was great! Perfect location Get the breakfast. Yes it seems expensive but it’s about what a breakfast cost in that area and nothing else is open early. Very comfortable and they had gluten friendly options.

Ótimo Hotel, fica em uma localização muito especial no coração do Bairro Gótico. O preço é bem atrativo se ao não incluir o café da manhã, vale muito a pena para quem quer passear bastante por barcelona e ter o hotel como um ponto pra recarregar as energias

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and location was central to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Also, close to cathedral.

The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional-always ready to assist with any need or question. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained and the location couldn't have been better -perfect for exploring the city. We would absolutely recommend it to our friends and stay here again if we return to Barcelona.
