夜遅く車で到着しましたが、わかりやすい場所で、駐車場も十分ありました。ロビーにスターバックスとバーがあり22時までの営業でした。 部屋は綺麗で広さもますまずでした。朝食はイングリッシュブレックファストで美味しかったです。この価格としてはコスパ的には最高だと思います。 コッツウォルズまでも近くとても便利だと思います。

Very good and valuable.

英国の中では比較的安いにもかかわらず、バスタブ付きで比較的広めの清潔な部屋であり、快適に滞在できた。

コッツウォルズからバースへ移動する際に経由地として宿泊。 部屋は広くて清潔、アメニティーやバスルームも快適、スタッフの対応も丁寧、WIFIも問題なし、駐車場も1日3ポンドで良心的。快適でした。

とても快適でした。コッツウォルズに行く時はまた利用しようと思います。

Nice friendly staff, bed not the most comfortable and could hear through the adjoining room all night. Bathroom curtain dirty and few dirty areas in around bathroom in general. Other than this, breakfast was decent, nice staff as mentioned and evening dinner was OK.

There were no fans, the pedestal fan we requested was squeaky, made alot of noise.The bed was bad, wobbly. It was hot in the room, air-conditioning did not work properly. Called reception twice but did nor get much support

Excellent rooms, all with bathtub/shower combinations and close to the Cotswolds. Dogs welcome - £20 charge.

Aircon didn't work in the room. I booked this hotel because if the air-conditioning in the rooms as it is hot.

Nice spacious room. Air conditioning in the room struggled in the heatwave but eventually became reasonably comfortable. Good hot and cold buffet breakfast.

RIP on carpets , most uncomfortable spring mattress noisy broken iron board

Dirty room, sofa bed not made, window not opening, air condition not working, fridge not working, the bathroom was not properly cleaned receptionist not cooperative. In the end I insisted to move to another room. Overall I was a very unhappy client. Rooms need to be upgraded they are outdated.

Lovely spacious room with a fantastic shower, felt like you were being jet washed. Great breakfast selection and a nice bar/lobby area And delicious warm cookies on arrival Only slight disappointment was the air conditioning was an air cooling system and only moderately effective (the outside temperature on arrival of our stay was 27C)

A very convenient hotel, room was large, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The check-out time of 12.00 was a surprise and very welcome as we were en route to an afternoon wedding and the venue was only 10 miles away.

Nice room, pity they don’t have rooms with walk in showers as my wife struggles to climb in/out of bath. Irks me to pay for parking in an out of town location, how else would I get there without transport?

Disappointed with the room service experience. At check-in, I asked about room service and was told to use the QR code in my room. When I scanned it, it showed a very limited menu available from 11pm, so I assumed this was the room service menu. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay and needed food brought to my room. I called reception three times with no answer. I also contacted Hotels.com, who said a manager would get back to me, but nobody ever followed up during my two-night stay. Later, I called the hotel from my mobile because I couldn’t reach reception from my room. I was then transferred to the restaurant, who took my order and delivered food without any issue. The most frustrating part was being directed to the QR code at check-in, which made it seem like the limited menu was the only option. I searched the website, app and QR menu trying to work out how to order food and ended up not eating at all on my first day. I’m also disappointed that nobody responded despite my attempts to contact reception and the promised follow-up from management. Other than that, the hotel was clean, quiet, easy to park at and had excellent air conditioning. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable, but the room was otherwise fine.

the hote staff are amazing willing to help, The room Aircon didnt work and the rooms we like an oven the bathrooms could do with updating and modenising along with Bed withing the rooms it was the most uncomfortable hard mattress and every turn you did it creaked breakfast we good and again the staff were polite and really helpful

The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel and nice food.
