Everything was great. From the lovely staff to the room and breakfast. Nicest Baymont I’ve ever stayed in.

The sleeping area (main part of the room) was recently renovated. However, the sink area and bathroom needs renovation (just older sink, tub, toilet, and they are dated). But the shower worked well; I like a separate light/fan switch in bathroom, as the constant fan running when you turn on light can be noisy in the night. Overall, though, the convenience, value, and great staff made up for the minor inconveniences with sink and bath area.

There was blood and hair on the sheets. The front desk guy stripped the bed and brought new bedding, but it was still a gross experience. The bathroom is outdated, with a rusty metal ironing board jammed in it. Needs updating and better cleaning services.

We were able to check in prior to arrival. Room left a LOT to be desired. Stool needed to be flushed, killed a roach looking insect crawling by the bed, trim missing in bathroom looked rough, breakfast was meh. Convenient to I-90.

My family and I stayed for 1 night passing through on our move. We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast options we're decent. Our only complaints were the shower not being hot and the microwave tripping the fuse to the bedroom, but our power was back on very quickly.

All was good except the beds are ridiculously high and hard to get in an out of and I’m tall!
