As per my previous review, I was informed the room facilities like capsule coffee machine, hair conditioner, body lotion not available and was solved by the receptionist. Additional to these above, I have to wait for above 30min to get the check in service since the receptionist at that time was only 1 person on duty, even she had work fast & nice but still we have to wait for that long.

The hotel location near to the bus or tram stop, and only a few stops ride from the train station, but I experienced the facilities in the room was different from what I have been stayed a few days before we return from Interlaken & Zermat but It was solved by the receptionist, she gave us the body lotion, conditioner & coffee, even there were capsule coffee machine in the room before.

Great location near the tram stop. Everything was great. The reception Mr. Cherif is very nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom is clean but the sink was clogged. There is no sandals, toothbrush, but we didn't ask either.

Chất lượng và dịch vụ khách sạn rất tốt. Khách sạn nằm ngay tram Technopark, Nếu bạn có vé di chuyển all day thì việc di chuyển rất thuận lợi, chỉ mất khoảng 10p để đến tram Sihlquai - Zurich Main Station. Nếu bạn đi bộ dọc từ khách sạn đến Zurich Main Station mất khoảng 30p-35p. Dọc theo con đường khoảng 15p sẽ có khu vực rất nhiều các quán ăn, nhà hàng, club ... để enjoy
