Bath shower didn't work. I could not take a bath

Good location, updated bathroom, large rooms, not crazy expensive, clean.

Beautiful spacious rooms, excellent communication with the staff. The outdoor pool was beautiful, but not heated still made for a great place to sit in the sun. Laundry facilities worked perfect for our needs. There was no charge to use them. Just bring your own laundry detergent. I appreciated not being nickel and dime for that, but it was a great amenity. Would stay there again.

It was ok for the money. I wouldn’t return due to the paper thin walls and really cheap feeling of the place. Was like a 69$ a night motel 6 that’s pretending to be more. Spend a little more and stay in the next town over.

Great location. Healdsburg is a bit overpriced . Service is always fantastic . A bit disappointed no complimentary breakfast and was not upgraded or at least a better view . (Overlooked gas station).

The website says pool is heated. The pool is NOT heated at all. I was told that at the front desk. That's really disappointing.

This is a great hotel, and located close to everything. It’s right off the freeway, however it is quiet. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool on this trip as there are too many fabulous wineries nearby that we had to visit.

Totally basic property. Clean enough but for the price needs significant upgrades. I recognize that in Healdsburg you can charge a lot, but I expect at least nice towels and amenities. Also, we arrived 30 min early and the clerk had the nerve to say it would cost us $30 to check in early - even tho the room was already ready! Was asked to join the club to get in early. Very tacky esp for the price…

It's a nice enough property, some distance from the center of Healdsburg. The rooms were fine, but unremarkable - well furnished and nothing appeared overly worn or tired, but not luxurious in any way. There was a single USB charging unit attached to the desk. No other available outlets or charging ports, so a little out of step with the current standard for hotel rooms. The bath was quite small and while it was spotlessly clean, there was no way it could accommodate two people at once. Good bed and decent bedding, but again, nothing approaching what you'd typically find in a newer hotel of a similar price-point. Friendly and helpful staff - the housekeepers were especially hardworking and effective - but they need to spend more time maintaining the grounds, which had some little and some discouraged looking landscaping. On the whole - it was fine, if unimpressive. Costly, but we may have caught them on a particularly expensive weekend. There is no breakfast other than coffee in the lobby (which was quite good), but the restaurant across the parking lot - Pepper's - had excellent breakfast offerings, great service and gave a 10% discount for guests from the hotel, which was appreciated.

The beds are comfortable enough. The toilet was not flushing well which made for uncomfortable stay. We were hoping to sleep in but unfortunately cleaning stuff woke us just past 8 am. That was a disappointment.

Okay hotel. We booked last minute and this was one of the only spots available and all we needed to do was crash. Worked out well, just what we expected from a Best Western, no frills but the bed was comfy enough and the rooms were pretty clean. Staff at the front desk was really nice and welcoming.

Booked a King Bed room with pull out sofa. No linens or pillows for pull out sofa which was frustrating as we did not get back to the room until 11pm and had to wait for them to get them to us. Room also only had 2 bath towels.

Perfect

This place was fine, but nothing special. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast.
