レストランやタクシーの予約をお願いし、快くスムーズに対応してくれて助かった。 一部工事中のエリアに電子レンジが使えない状態でゲストに見える場所にあったので、使えるものと思ってしまったのが残念でしたが、滞在中は快適に過ごすことができました。

Foi ótima, o hotel é como descrito nas imagens, apenas o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro forte e o ar condicionado estava pingando, porém atendeu muito bem as nossas experiências.

Das Hotel entsprach leider in keiner Weise den Erwartungen. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von maximal ein bis zwei Tagen ist es akzeptabel, für längere Urlaubsaufenthalte jedoch gänzlich ungeeignet. Das Frühstück rechtfertigt den Preis von 18 € keinesfalls. Die Hotelwerbung verwendet veraltete Bilder, die einen früheren, möglicherweise vier-Sterne-Standard suggerieren. Garten und Pool liegen den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit des Personals ist schwankend und in keinem Fall mehrsprachig.

The Aircon was out of order, which made our stay less enjoyable. But we really enjoyed our breakfast

Great stay!

Clean and comfortable room, however the AC did not work very well so it got very warm. Mini fridge did not get very cold and was turned off completely at first. Had to pull out the entire cabinet to access the back of the fridge to turn the dial up. Even on the highest setting, it was only slightly colder than room temperature. Parking was convenient and easy, however there are not too many spaces so this could be an issue at times as there isn’t much street parking in the area. Convenient location to take the bus into Palma. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall a good stay.
