トラムの900SOUTH駅から徒歩５分くらいなので日中のアクセスは良かったです。ダウンタウンまでも１５分くらいの乗車で行けます。中心部のホテルが高くとも少し離れるとリーズナブルな価格で宿泊できます。周辺は車屋が多い地域で、ややホームレスが多い印象がありました。６月に宿泊しましたが、夜９時くらいにようやく陽が沈みます。 フロントの対応も親切でした。タクシーを頼もうとしたら、タクシーの電話番号が載ったカードを渡され自分で予約するようにと言われました。自分のスマホがタクシー会社につながらず、結局フロントで予約してもらいました。翌朝早朝４時にタクシーを頼んでいましたが、時間になると外に見に行って到着確認をしてくれました。 （時間になっても来ない場合もあるそうです。） 近くはスーパーマーケットはありませんが、セブンイレブンは歩いて５分くらいのところにあります。水は調子が悪くなるので店で常に買いました。 朝食は、パン、ジャム、ソーセージ、スクランブルエッグ、ジュース等の最低限のものでした。 車で宿泊している客が多いです。ややうるさい一部の客もいましたが、部屋にいるときは外からの雑音は気になりません。 ホテルにプールがついていますが、常に小学校くらいの子連れの親子が利用していました。

This is more like a Motel absolutely not for families. This is more for single persons, bikers, truck drivers, construction workers or homeless.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice. Will stay here again.

Very dirty, VERY dirty Hair in tub hair on floor. very loud guests (not in their control) but when I asked for it to be corrected they never acted on it. said they would call and did not. I ended up leaving early and did not get a refund for the days I was not there. first night basically did not sleep because of the noise. Tough part is they just do not follow-up to make it better.

Quiet clean room and decent breakfast!

Like how it had a gate at night that locked ppl out unless you had your key card in the area where the motel is and it was vary clean and quite.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was great had plenty of spaces. Locotion was just,a short Drive to Huntsmans cancer institute. So not a long drive to get there.

Unfortunately the area was too sketchy and room unclean for me to stay so I immediately booked another room. Such a bummer!

Not a great area, surrounded by dr*g users and unhoused individuals, and we heard a lot of gunshots. The place was not well cleaned. The people running the place were nice, friendly and welcoming, but there were plenty of people who seem to be living at the hotel who I hope are getting back on their feet, but appeared to still hold a 'particular lifestyle.'

Rooms seemed a bit old a little run down, but it was it was tolerable. Love the gated parking lot and had plenty of spaces to park.

No problems, kind and attentive staff. I felt right at home on my vacation.

Friendly staff

False advertising of the photos online. Room was disgusting and the staff was extremely unwelcoming. Hotel was supposedly sold in March and that was a mistake on their end.

The hotel was convenient, not too far from public transportation, and secure with locked access and someone at the front desk every time I passed. The room was very clean, but the chemical smell from the cleaner was so overwhelming I put a "do not disturb" on the door for the length of my stay to avoid more of it. Also, pillows were impossible for me to use - too lofty and firm.

Horrible hotel, terrible customer service. Stay away.
