Locatinが良い。スタッフの対応も良い。部屋が広い。バスタブがあると良い。シャワーの水がトイレ側に漏れる。バスルームは狭い。テレビのリモコンが無かった。

キングサイズベッドということでしたが、世界標準のキングサイズベッドではなかった。 どちらかと言えばクイーンサイズベッドでした。 又、駐車場は狭く酷い。

Our stay was good and the staff very helpful. When booking I scrolled down to a more expensive booking showing twin beds as my sister and I were sharing a room. Upon arrival we were given a room with just a double bed which I could’ve paid less for. The hotel did accommodate us and put a fold up bed in the room. This bed was not as comfortable as the main bed. I feel I was misled by your website as I thought I was booking a twin room.

Everything was good, apart from no functional aircon on one of the hottest weekends. Reported immediately, but not fixed, so had to sleep with window open. Which was very noisy. Staff couldnt care less when i reported it again at checkout.

Always love the breakfast in holiday inn! The room was ok, but the bed was too firm for me.

Hotel is a little tired but clean and the staff are really helpful. The car park is very tight. The breakfast was nice and the bed was comfy even though our room had no air con and a broken window.

The hotel is very run down. The elevator has turbulence as it is very very old. The second elevator is out of order. There were 2 staff members but loads of people waiting for service. The breakfast was limited to unhealthy cheap looking offering.

Really simple on line room service procedure and promptly delivered. Pizza very good. The lift is annoyingly noisy all through the night, but I think/ hope they are getting it fixed.

Das Hotel ist teuer und in schlechtem Zustand. Nicht mal Safes sind im Zimmer. Wir sind sofort ausgezogen ins Hilton nebenan, obwohl wir bezahlt hatten. Nie wieder Holiday Inn

Everything was lovely except the lift. Needs a new one. Creeked alot when it moved and wobbly.

The stay was good, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, good breakfast. However the lift left a bit to be desired, noisy and shaky, felt like it was going to break down. whenever we were in it with others, comments were made. Overall a good stay.

Air conditioning did not work and very difficult to sleep .. moved to two different rooms and both not working

The room is very expensive for standard accommodation. It was 27c during the day and the aircon was broken, not a good thing at all.

It was a perfect stay.

seemed a bit expensive for what we got, but prob due to the London to Brighton ride putting prices up. Great views from the balcony over the seafront.
