Amazing staff and amazing resort. Expensive but worth it

Amazing!

Love everything about this property.

All of the staff were incredibly polite, and very helpful. Check in too a long time. The equistrian center staff were very organized and kept the group safe on a trail ride, although I did not expect 20 people on our ride. Way too many. As an experienced rider, I would have like more for the money. The horse staff were excellent. I would like a better representation of the villa that you rented before you arrive. Confirmation pictures. The villas are very different. We did not get the villa that was represented to us but ours was lovely. Our friends were very unhappy with their villa, no air conditioning etc., and could not get it changed. This was a huge negative for them. It is a huge- but lovely property- amazing in so many aspects, and sometimes there was confusion with services due to huge size ??

Excellent stay love everything about Casa de Campo!

The camous is big and well kept. Dars about it. My room service was okk or average at best. My drink cabinet was not replenished. The snacks were not replenished. . options were few and far between. Entertainment was a joke. Nothing to keep the vibe going. It's a good placeor resort for retirees. If you are younger and active and enjoy a good social scene then yhis is not the place for you. Mostly golfing around the resort. I am used to extra good and drinking and snack options when l stay at a resort. For the price point l expected way above service

I HAVE TO SAY THAT EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CHECK-IN. OUR ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE BY THE CHECK-IN TIME, SO WE WERE OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM THAT WAS "COMPARABLE". IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT! WE WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK TO CONVEY OUR DISSATISFACTION. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT RECTIFIED THE SITUATION BY PUTTING US BACK IN THE ROOM WE HAD ORIGINALLY BOOKED. FROM THAT POINT ON, IT WAS GREAT.

We had an excellent experience at Casa de Campo. The beach was calm and beautiful, the Staff was amazing, the room was comfortable and the restaurants were outstanding. It's on the pricey side but well worth it. We'll definitely come back!!

Honestamente es un sitio muy bonito . Con poca oferta gastronómica dentro del hotel a diferencia de muchos hoteles de República . Es un hotel LLENO DE NIÑOS Y FAMILIAS CON ADOLECENTES. No es un hotel para ir en pareja o a conocer personas sin hijos y a hacer nuevos amigos . La playa es una playa LLena de gente ! Imposible conseguir una sombrilla a no ser que madrugues mucho. La zona de la piscina muy normal . Nada impresionante . Buen desayuno ATESTADO de niños revoloteando por todo el sele service ! El check in estuvo eterno ! La gente es MUY MUY AMABLE . Los alrededores bellos . Pero insisto si usted va en plan romántico o en pareja o a conocer gente nueva no escoja este hotel . Los cuartos ya se ven viejos ! Aunque muy bien conservados

La propiedad bien limpia y cuida. Todo muy bonito. Definitivamente volveré.

Excelente hotel para ir con la familia y estar en tranquilidad. Lo que no me gustó que por la fecha la propiedad se satura de visitantes y los servicios pudieran volverse difíciles.
