総合評価とレビュー B&B HOTEL Lyon Nord

Location is good. Big shopping mall is nearby, and good access to the motorway. And building is well managed. Even though, we were disapointed by the attitude of receptionist. Even we requested small bed for our kid on hôtels.com web site, when we confirmed at check in timing, receptionist said "we did not prepare it as you did not request it". Luckily we had printed paper of our reservation, we could show it, then she replied, 'even you have sofa bed in your room, do you need baby bed?'. Maybe she did not understand why small children needs baby bed(to avoid falling down...). In the public space, even they have free coffee machine, but it is always mentioned as "out of order due to seminar". i have no idea which company will have seminar in the all weekend in very vacant hotel. We will not use this hotel again even we are frequent user of ACCOR hotel group.

Super comfortable bed, nice staff, room is a little small for a family of 4, but for 1 night it was fine. A grocery store and a few places to eat nearby which was perfect.

De kamer is prima.badkamer vrij klein, maar netjes.ben blij met een aparte toilet. Klein minpuntje.de wifi is niet goed.had praktisch geen ontvangst.

After several times booking this hotel everything is fine, perhaps some room / bathroom improvements would improve the stay

Travelling with family and our dog, this is a perfect hotel for spending the night when on the road (or as a base for exploring Lyon). The hotel has a number of charging stations for EVs and is fenced off at night. A big plus is its excellent restaurant; the food here is remarkably good, and so is the breakfast buffe.

Propre et chambres spacieuses

Hotel très bien placé proche de Lyon et de l'autoroute. Tres bon accueil le soir. La chambre etait propre et spacieuse mais me mobilier un peu défraîchi... Il doit s'agir dun vieux Novotel reconverti. Ceci dit la literie est très confortable. Quant au petit déjeuner, il n'y a que ke prix qui est extraordinaire (18,50 €) !
