Staff was amazing. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I found a hair in ice bucket and the room had a very mildewy smell

Our rooms were VERY musty. Febreeze couldn’t fix it. Felt like water damage covered up. Our entire floor smelled that way.

It was a clean and safe place to stay. The breakfast was good.

Friendly staff. During the 3 breakfasts we had, milk ran out, and yogurt ran out.

Love it! This is my go to hotel for Covington. Pet friendly too, but very disappointed with the increase in pet fee!

Nice place, nice clean area. Once thing that i did not like. The smell in my room and the mold in the bathroom on wall. I sprayed my room with lysol. Room 313

We came over from Moss Point, MS to have a procedure at LCMC. Nice and friendly staff.

Very nice property

Everything was nice except for a few things in the room. The arms of the chair were very dirty. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. But everything else seemed clean. There was an extra blanket in the closet. We didn’t need it but it was nice to know it was there just in case. The breakfast was good and the different people at the front desk were always nice and friendly.

Just stayed one night. Everything was good.

The night check in gentleman was amazing, friendly, genuine and really made the check in pleasant after a really long day on the road. The room was in need of attention. Toilet seat wasn't attached and slid everywhere. The towel hangar was broken. Quality of tissue and kleenex was like sand paper. The top bed linen was shredded and severely worn out. The bedding wasn't correct size and didn't hang over the sides at all which made for a chilly nights sleep and cranky kids. The bed was super comfortable though and the greeting on the tv was a nice touch. The continental breakfast lady was a little grouchy but served up a nice little buffet. It was stocked and hot! Thank you!

The staff are very nice and the hotel is clean. No problems there. I had my vision impaired dog with me. The dog walking area is at the very front of the property very close to I-12. It was noisy and scary to my dog. There is also very little grass because of being worn down and not maintained. I did find a much quieter area with grass. Walk around to the long backside of the bldg. It’s about 10’ wide between the hotel and adjacent property/ditch. Much more quiet.

Great location for an over night stay. Longer stay may be challenging, the baed wasn't super comfortable. But for a quick night sleep It'll do.

Clean and friendly

It wasn’t great. There was a strong musty odor and the hallways and rooms have not been kept up with. Probably will not stay here again.
