Have good pool

プールはこどもたちが楽しめ、周りは車がないとどこにもいけない感じでしたが、ホテル内のレストランもファミリーフレンドリーで価格もお手頃でした。

The front desk staff were friendly and so helpful. The room was so large and very clean. The murphy bed was a huge hit with the kids. The walk in shower with the rain shower head was very nice! The pool was the whole reason we travelled from Edmonton, and it didnt dissapoint. The kids spent at least 3 hours each day in it, there was ample seating for those not swimming, and it was so clean and well maintained. The Jetz Lounge and the reastaurant had great food, great drinks, and very reasonsble pricing. The skyharbour breakfast buffet was also phenomenal! If we ever have a reason to book a room in Calgary, we will choose the Port O' Call every time!

Wonderful breakfast

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. My kids had an absolute blast in the pool but it was freezing cold. My 3 year old opted to stay in the kiddie pool the whole time because he was too cold in the main one. It was also slightly loud in the hallways at night. But overall we had a great time.

Great location!

Stayed for 2 nights. Local resident only going to this hotel for staycation for use of water park for our kids on string break. First day water park was so cold that kids could not use waterslides…hot tub at best was lukewarm. 2nd day it was determined boilers were needing repair so pools were closed all day until 5 pm. That evening pools were still too cold to enjoy. On morning of departure pools were finally warm enough to enjoy one last attempt. So in 2 night stay only had the one enjoyable swim. Hotel staff initially would only offer late discharge for 1 extra hour as compensation (seriously disappointing!!!). After much negotiation they finally agreed to 20% off our stay…a far cry from what we thought would be reasonable compensation considering we live 10 minutes from the hotel and the only purpose of staying was for the water park. Disappointed with their level of customer service.

This is a great place to stay. Clean and the beds were comfortable.

Waterpark was fun (but busy), breakfast was very good. Had a maintenance issue when we first checked in and the staff had us moved into another room (nicer) within minutes, so that was appreciated. Close to downtown, but not too close!

Was great place to park and fly shuttle only goes till 11 PM so I had to get cab which was disappointing

Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and kind. The pool and waterslides are fantastic!

Room we had needed a facelift but housekeeping was reliable and thorough, pool area was nice, waterslides were busy and loud, but fun for children. The daily wristband system and booking timeslots for the waterslides was a bit cumbersome but we managed fine and appreciated that the crowds were better controlled that way. There were some unruly children in both pools, more supervision or a lifeguard would have been nice

Airport shuttle had broken down but hotel staff arranged a paid taxi to ensure we made it to the airport safely and on time

Terrible bang for your buck, food is terrible at the buffet, and the booking an hour to enjoy the old “water park” is a shame (especially when the water is foggy and dirty)… will not return!!
