お部屋は少し狭い感じがしましたが，イギリスの昔ながらのホテルの雰囲気抜群です． 夜は裏にある教会がライトアップされているので綺麗ですよ． 特にDinnerはホテルのレストランをお勧めします． とても静かな雰囲気で美味しいイギリス料理がいただけます． 恋人同士やご夫婦での滞在にはぴったりだと思います．

Lovely welcoming hotel in the middle od Malvern. Dog friendly, prices very reasonable, food ok but not fantastic, fabulous views and next to the Abbey. Good value for money.

This is a hotel in a lovely location with much to see around it but what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend in a nice hotel was any thing but. The reception on arriving was stale and disinterested. The room was small. On the first day I had to go to reception three times just for milk. Saturday a wedding was held at the hotel and lack of management of noisy people outside our window until 1.40am meant very little sleep in spite of reporting it three times. Then Monday morning we awoke to the dragging and banging of the waste bins and collection and retuning of the bins. Started at 7am and went on until 7.40am. That was then replaced by the delivery of stock with the metal cages being dragged over paths and then empty ones being pulled two at time banging together and rattling like mad which lasted until after 9am. Breakfast was typical, but cold. With staff clearing the table before we had finished eating. Then Monday morning they were short on staff so no buffet breakfast but we could order. So we picked out fruit and cerial and before we could even get half way through it the cooked breakfast was brought by a waiter who was so disinterested and just slapped them on the table and was not happy when we asked for bread for toast. Apart from one member of staff the rest were solemn, totally void of any interest. Serious lack of training and definitely not silver service. We should have stayed in premier inn where they guarantee a good nights sleep at a third of the price.

We enjoyed every thing and our stay was very enjoyable.

Central location handy for hills. Very comfortable room and common areas, staff superb. Not cheapest accommodation but enjoyed stay a lot.

Spotless room, cosy and comfortable, shower great, bed very comfortable, we fell asleep resting on top of bed when we first arrived. Tray breakfasts hot coffee, eggs mushrooms perfect, only toast bit burned! Evening meal lovely cooked to perfection really lovely food.

Beautiful property and setting! It was an easy walk to restaurants, theater and gardens. The staff was very accommodating.

Fantastic Location within easy walking distance of the theatre, bars and restaurants. Slightly dated in some areas but excellent service and lovely staff:

Sadly our room wasn’t great (304). The duvet and pillows were both incredibly uncomfortable/hard. The bed was a queen not a double so very small for a comfortable stay. There was a lot of noise, people walking above us would shake the light fitting with every step. Lots of noise outside early morning refuse collection. The weirdest thing though was that the light switch for the bathroom was just outside the bathroom door (fine) but if you turned it on, it also turned on another light in the main room so if you went at night time, the whole room was lit up. Staff on reception and at breakfast were friendly and professional and the two staff who were running the bar for our private family function were also superb. Sadly, the gentlemen running the main bar were incredibly rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Which is a shame, and but at all what you expect when staying away.
