朝食のサービスがとても丁寧で嬉しく思いました。もう少しSmileがあるとより良いと思われます。

ネガティヴな口コミははじめてですが、他の方への参考になるかと思い投稿します。 ホテルの外観は美しいですが、設備が一昔前のままです。部屋の内装は五つ星とは思えない内容で、それが古き良きイギリスなのかもしれませんが、この後に泊まった郊外のホテルのほうがオールドとニューのバランスが考慮され、快適に過ごせました。 接客も上から目線の「これでいいだろう」感が伝わってきました。初日にホテル内に駐車していたレンタカーからスーツケースが盗まれてしまったのですが「パーキングエリアのトラブルは自己責任」という姿勢で同情の言葉もなく、寂しい思いをしました。

エドワーディアン風の豪華な建物は素晴らしい．アメニティも良く，ルームサービスのスタッフもフレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できた．ラウンジのティールームも素晴らしいので，次回はアフタヌーンティーも楽しみたいと思った．

Very good hotel. Staffs are smiling. Nice pool. Breakfast is good. No refregiator but there were bottles of water and juice as service. Also teas, buiscut and coffee machine.

Poor staff only in the bar as they seemed short staffed. For a 5 star hotel is was not very good. But we still had to pay £7.00 service charge for every round of drinks. So 2 drinks cost us £24.00 but had to wait about 20 minutes for each round!

Was good to upgrade the room for a beach side-on very. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and was very filling. We ate in the restuarant the first night and had great food. Would recommend the steak! Staff were very friendly. Also used the outdoor and indoor pools. They were nicely appointed and the outdoor pool was larger enough to feel that you were getting some excercise done, not just messing about in the water. Being on the sea front with the beach nearby and also the town and theatres with in easy walk meant the hotel was in a good location.

Looking for a grandiose, historical stay with human touch? This is a good one.

Don't expect value for money with bar snacks or cocktails.Very very expensive. Told it was due to 5 star service!

Trevligt, stort hotell

A great couple of nights at The Grand. I even left my jacket there and they offered to post it to me.

We had not a single complaint about about our stay at the incredible hotel, all the staff were more than accommodating and the rooms and whole hotel were spotless, amazing food and drinks and we will definitely return in the near future !! Couldn't be happier with the whole holiday !! thank you !!

Great service and great bed and pillows

Everything was as previous stay. A bit disappointed with evening bar staff ìn lounges. Had to check our drinks bill, charged for two wines, only should have been one. Possible lack of intrest in the job. Youngsters serving.
