ホテルから主要な観光地に歩いていける大変便利な立地でした。 スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした。 リフォームしたのか所々古い箇所はありましたが許容範囲内です

The room was clean , spacious and beautiful! The staff was generous with their time and very helpful. Great location.

Fantastic, very friendly staff. We decided to stay an extra night and they were so accommodating. When we got back to our room they had sent us a bottle og very nice cava in an icebucket, champagne glasses and e very personal friendly note thanking us for staying with them. Absolutely a must place to stay in Sevilla. Thankyou to all the great staff for making us feel so welcome. Lisa Henriksen

What a great 4-day stay. From check in to check out , the service, condition of the room, and spaciousness has been great. Very central location to attractions. Will not hesitate to stay again!

Ein schönes Hotel in der Altstadt von Sevilla, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde ich früh von einem Bohrer geweckt - dann Zimmerwechsel, dort ruhiger. Auch deutsche Sender im Fernsehen.

Hotel ist beeindruckend komfortabel. Lage in Santa Cruz, nahe Kathedrale/Giralda und Alcázar ist unübertrefflich. Tolle Bars und Restaurants nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Frühstück ist phantastisch, riesige Auswahl, beste Qualität. Sauberkeit und Komfort sind im ganzen Haus einfach top. Alles ist ganz neu renoviert, optisch/ästhetisch ansprechend. Die Dachterrasse ein absoluter Traum (auch wenn wir natürlich im Januar den ziemlich großen Pool nur zum Fußbad nutzen konnten. Die Mitarbeitenden waren zu jeder Zeit zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, höflich und sehr kompetent. Ich würde immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen, wenn ich in Sevilla bin (hoffentlich noch gaaaaanz oft!!!!).

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas. We found it well located to explore the city centre and the staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfasts were excellent and even included Bucks Fizz!

Personeel was erg beleefd kamers waren schoon en elke dag nieuwe flesjes water over het algemeen was alles echt top geregeld alleen was het in onze kamer heel erg warm hierdoor sliepen we met het raam open en moesten we een ventilator vragen die het gelukkig wel deed maar het was alsnog wel vrij warm want ze hadden geen airco

Everything was great. Amazing location, good staff, breakfast was amazing Just the mattress could have been a bit better!! (I didnt inform the hotel, I should have and they would have changed) Room size was amazing. Staff was friendly and helped with luggage. Parking was spot on as well. Overall highly recommend!!

Rooms feel noisy and stuffy. Cooking / heating system doesn’t work well. The location is just a 5 min walking distance to Alcázar .

Stort och rymligt rum med alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter. Perfekt läge mitt i gamla stan och nära till allt. Supertrevlig och proffsig personal och en väldigt fin frukostbuffé satte extra guldkant på vår vistelse.

The whole hotel was spotless and the staff were so friendly. Location to historical centre in only minutes away on foot but also with good choices on same street as hotel for food and drinks.
