朝食が美味しく充実していた

スタッフのどの方もフレンドリーでとても親切でした。朝食も種類が多くとても美味しかったです。次回も是非利用したいです。

4泊しました。スタッフの方は明るく気さくで、朝ごはんのビュッフェは美味しくて、部屋のミニバーも無料で使えて、とても良いホテルでした。交通の便も良いので、おすすめです。

部屋の広さが思いの外狭かった．入り口が狭く、外観の写真からは大きなホテルのイメージがあるが、そうではなかった．ローマの中心地にあり、トレビの泉などの観光地に容易に行くことができた．また、従業員の接客が行き届いていた．

スタッフのホスピタリティーが良かったので、気持ちよく宿泊できた。 あと、冷蔵庫の飲み物もシャンパン🍾やビール含めて全てフリーだったので、ホテル時間も楽しめました！

イタリア語をほとんど話せない観光客でも、特に困ることはなく過ごせるようサービスが行き届いていました。 イタリア特有の設備なのか、シャワールームに隔壁（カーテン）がなく、シャワーの水がトイレ付近に飛び散るのが気になりました。

Amazing hotel! We couldn't recommend it more. Only a ten minute walk from the train station, and about 20 minute walk to everything. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. The free breakfast is out of this world. Anything you want they pretty much have. I would absolutely stay there again the next time I fly to Rome.

Wonderful hotel - very central surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and like many other people have said - fantastic breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and a great room

EXCEPTIONAL !! We stayed at Hotel Artemide October 2025. The level of service, staff, location, room and breakfast were truly amazing. There is a roof top bar and we were so thankful for the drink certificates for a welcome glass of champagne. Breakfast was one of the bet we have had at any travel throughout our years. Location was supurb, we were able to walk easily to the colosseum and ate at a great restaurant on the way (recommended by the staff member who checked us in). Taxi from the train station was very quick and easy. Our Room was a bed and pull out couch, which had much space for the 3 of us who were traveling. Truly i will stay here again when i next visit Rome. The shopping stores on the main street by the hotel were a nice welcome and we were able to find many items as well. A++++++

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Artemide! The staff was absolutely fantastic — especially the team in the breakfast area. They were warm, welcoming, and always served with a smile, making every morning such a pleasant start to the day. Their attentiveness and friendliness really stood out and made us feel at home. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but they were very comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy, elegant, and perfectly located for exploring Rome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This is a truly charming hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet and it’s a very walkable area with many great restaurants. Would definitely go back next time I’m in Rome.
