部屋は広く、シックで格好良い。また無線LANは無料で利用でき、時々不通になるが、おおむね良好。ベッドはしっかりしているので、とても眠りやすい。 トイレは便座が汚れているので、かなり残念。オーストラリアの人は汚くても気にならないのだろうか？ カジノ、ボーリング場と併設されているので、駐車場のエントランスがわかりくく、さらにGPSにはホリデーインとなっているので、注意が必要。

they charge credit card fee which is not nice. the breakfast is over priced . the room was clean, and we get bottle of water everyday, but house keeping is bit problem. once they passed our room cuz "don't disturb" sign , they never come back. which we figured that out when we come bsck night time.

The hotel was incredible. The room as massive, very clean and had amazing amenities. I was very surprised about how easy and convenient everything was. It had everything in one location, which is great for both kids and adults. I will definitely stay there again. Could not have been more impressed

Really nice stay very comfortable indeed.

It was perfect for a small family traveling down to Sydney from the mid north coast. One bedroom appartment was everything and more we could need. Any tiny issue we had was dealt with super quickly and we felt extremely welcomed and comfortable.

Nice big room , cheap breakfast convenient if going to the club for a show

Superior room and bathroom is very spacious, clean and well fitted out with everything we needed. Beds were good. One minor TV glitch stopped it from being perfect. Location as part of WestHQ is such a bonus as well.

Very impressed for the price

I absolutely loved our stay at Novotel Hotel and highly recommend it to friends and family. The experience was wonderful, and we definitely plan to stay here again in the future. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. We truly love Novotel Hotel! Many thanks to the entire team for a fantastic stay. 😊🙏

I was there for a show it’s so convenient great facilities so peaceful and quiet all staff are so courteous and very helpful.great food court and a seperate restaurant that is very good on the first floor.hard to find fault at such a great place.

Room & service were great, was just REALLY disappointed that not only was the pool not even IN the hotel (which was a selling point for booking) but it was already closed when we checked in. TV in the room was also super small but aside from that, it was a decent stay but WAY overpriced for what it was
