ビーチのすぐそば、周辺にレストランも多くとても良かったです

フロントの方がとても親切でした。こちらが質問したことも親身になって調べてくれ感謝してます。チェックインの時間の１時間ほど前にホテルに着いたのですが、すぐにお部屋を用意してくれました。ビーチからとても近く海で遊ぶには快適でした。ホテルの下にはコンビニもありますし、周りには沢山お店もあるので飲食には便利でした。オーシャンフロントのお部屋だったので朝は日の出が見えて綺麗でした。ただ、週末だったので目の前のレストランが夜中までうるさかったです。ルームサービスを頼んだのですが、美味しかったですし、持ってきてくれた人も良い人で気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。またクロヌラに行く時には宿泊したいと思うホテルです。

DIDGUSTING ROOM!!! The hotel was presented amazing online so we booked a lovely suite. Upon entering our room we smelled a bad odor but decided it might be something coming from next door then we noticed quite a bit of wear/tear on the room… We seriously thoght about leaving then and we should have much to our regret !!! Then after deciding to take a nap and turning the bed back we discovered there was no mattress pad so we notified the front desk and housekeeping had to completely remake the bed ! Needless to say no nap after traveling for a full week …What hotel in this day and age does not use proper bedding hygiene ! Totally unacceptable ! The bathroom was just dirty with mold on the tiles, a huge hole in the ceiling over the window and overall just disgusting ! And we discovered the horrible water odor leaking from the shower !! Spots/stains all over the carpets and just overall a bad room ! Then that night the music kicked in from the clubs on the street being very loud in the room until 1am so we didn’t get any sleep !!! The only thing great to say about the hotel is the ocean suite room has amazing views but nothing else ! The staff was very apologetic at the front desk and she did include breakfast for us. I told her we realize it is not the staffs fault even though they catch the grief from it. The fault lies with the general manager and corporate ! Shame on them for operating a horrible hotel !

Convenient location great Ocean views

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Comfortable, clean, tidy, modern room. Right across the road from the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Underground parking was tight, but safe.

Dated and dirty. Great spot but attention to detail has lapsed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Such a convenient location, close to many dining options. Fabulous beach across the road. Lovely long walks.

Regularly stay

The front desk staff were great and hospitable.

Location, location, location. Ideal for views, walks, eateries, observing passing parade. For us it was the memories about growing up near the beach. Room was spacious but a little tired but given the salty environment that's understandable Bought the parking and glad I did so, no street parking in area.

Great place to stay easy in and out, well located within reach of everything, while enjoying Cronulla.

The room was clean and comfortable beds, the view of the beach was beautiful. Staff helpful Explained the facilities like parking and laundry. Pool was great even though a little cool in April the kids still jumped in.

Great view, convenient area. Parking is good. Bathroom was a bit mouldy and balcony needed a clean.

Parking was pre-paid but the number plate recognition did not work even once. The restaurant is only open for bar food, and only Friday to Sunday. The restaurant was noisy. There is only a bar to buy drinks Fri to Sun. Room service over the Easter weekend had to be specifically requested each day (presumably to save on staff penalty rates).

The ocean view room was fantastic—beautiful views, lots of natural light, and a perfect location right on the beach. Super convenient for walking to restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay again.
