Front desk service was great and they were very helpful in answering questions. Bare bones, outdated property. Had black shower tiles and dirty, rusted bathroom fixtures. Inexpensive option for a short stay with plenty of free parking space. Did not have breakfast but seemed to have a lot of options from what I saw. Walking distance to gas station. Would be ok for a 1 night stay on a budget. Makes you appreciate your actual home when you return.

Staff was amazing and friendly

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, sheets and towels were not clean, clock alarm was going off when we walked in the room for the first time. And the TV was stuck on HDMI until we figured out how to manually reset it. For the price it was too much for the room but check in was easy and the staff was kind.

Nice one night stay with the family coming in late. Necessities were great. Wonderfully served breakfast. Would stay again.

This place needs a makeover I saw two rooms since the first one did not have a smoke detector and smelled like cigarettes. The beds were lumpy, the carpeting is loose and bunches up. It also had stains with tears in it. I did not take off my shoes. The lamp shades were stained, the wall paper is pealing & stained. Thin towels....it was not comfortable but it was only $100 I don't know how anyone can give it a 10. The local town and community Park was charming, but this place needs help.

Overall very old and run down

Beds were comfortable, room was relatively clean, but did see some insect activity. We had issues with the AC and the plumbing, but they fixed both quickly. I was a little upset that they are advertised to have a restaurant/bar which doesn’t exist. Their breakfast was good, though.

The hotel staff was friendly. But the Inn itself sound proof was horrible. We drove from Buffalo to New York for the cruise stay one night. And check in at 8:30pm but can't sleep at all till 3 am. Can hear people yelling and talking all night long. And need to check out at 7:am for our trip.

Perfect location for my needs

Old and dirty. Bugs in room. Air not working in room. Stains on sheets. Not a hotel anyone would want to stay at. Expedia should NOT have it on their website. We left and they would not give me a refund . Only in room for ten minutes and had to leave. Very upset . Bad for your business to represent such a place on your website .

Nothing really, rooms smell like mold and smoke. I had to re-activate my key every single time that I went out, restaurant always closed.

the breakfast was pretty good

Unfortunately the property is old- the rooms are very run down. The sink did not drain- the carpets and walls were stained. The worst part was the odor. It was incredibly musty and the smell did not go away over time. On a positive note the staff were very friendly. However, I won’t stay here again.

The room was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The rug was dirty, stained and did not last flat (I wore my shoes the entire time). The bed linens and towels were awful.
