ホテル代の高いジュネーブ市内のホテルを利用したくない人にとっては安価なホテル。ただし、何処に行くにも車での外出となるところ、厳しい面もある。我が家ではここからスイス国内の観光地を日帰りしました。また、ショモニーにも近く、長期滞在（数泊）するにはうってつけ。従業員の対応は皆親切。騒音もなく、安眠もできる。夏場はプールもあるので、子供連れでも楽しめる。

Clean room

A car is a must as it is located outside the city. The hotel is between France and Switzerland. There’s not much to do in the area probably it’s a best place to relax. There was some issue with the rooms assignment (our room was supposed to be double room while our friends -1 double & 1 sofa bed). All shops are closed on Sundays. Breakfast was good.Breakfast staff were very friendly. The bar staff in the evening can not understand. English- and very unfriendly. It was very challenging,I only asked for a glass instead of trying to understand of what I was trying to say she was making it hard for me to make her understand. I worked in customer service and half our clients are non English speakers but we go extra mile to understand them. Overall,we had a relaxing holiday. Geneva is a place where you visit once and that’s it. It’s a beautiful but expensive place.

Room is clean and reception is providing facilities like iron. Staff are Ok. Breakfast is good with healthy options, The hotel location, didn’t expect that’s it’s too far from main city and not so accessible to other places. A car is necessity which we didn’t prepare and booked because of the description on the website. But overall our 3 nights and 4 days stay is good worth the price.

Très bon séjour rien à dire sur la chambre le personnel Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner pas très varié et très soft et froid sur certains aliments mais à part ça très bon hôtel

Beau séjour

Les chambres ont besoin d’être bien nettoyées même dans les coins!!! Et surtout vu le prix être rénovée

L’originalité de la chambre fitness, bonne literie. Accueil excellent.

Pannne de courant à 6h30 du matin douché à la lumière du téléphone, sale de restaurant trop petite, idem petit déjeuner, en fonction du prix la prestation n'est pas bonne !

Chambre propre par contre soucis d’évacuation de la douche. Odeur d’égout dans le couloir Nous avons pris le brunch à 11h30 c’était top !

Yes, the breakfast was fresh and very tasty; however, there’s were cold one morning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh.

Bon hôtel

Stanza molto rumorosa per un motore, probabilmente un generatore, che disturba il sonno notturno

Tutto giusto, solo il servizio al bar ha lasciato un po’ a desiderare quando abbiamo consumato due prosecchi come aperitivo che ci sono stati serviti senza nessun stuzzichino di accompagnamento.

Une deception de plus pour un Mercure. Changement de chambre en raison de la propreté. Moquette et fauteuil taché. Pour un 4 etiile ca la fou mal. En arrivant dans un 4 etoile on sattend a un certain standing, et la le compte n'y est pas. Chambre petite, Tv immeuse ou est l' interet.

Superbe séjour, un hôtel accueillant, propre avec des chambres spacieuse, bien équipées (grande télé, salle bain top, literie top et petit frigo). Le petit déjeuner excellent, pour tous les goûts, du sucré du salé. Beaucoup de choix dont pancake et petite crêpe. La piscine super sympa à part les feuilles mortes qui flottent de partout. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100%.

Bel endroit, tout près de la frontière de Genève. La piscine est un bel avantage, rafraichissante et agréable. Le stationnement de l'hôtel est grand et gratuit. Notre chambre était grande et assez propre, il faisait un peu chaud par contre. Belle expérience en général!
