総合評価とレビュー Hôtel Mercure Honfleur

ホテルの裏に有料駐車場があり、インターフォンで宿泊客であることを伝えると開けてもらえる。予約時に駐車場の利用を申し入れる必要があったとのこと、知らずに現地でお願いした。

特に混み合う時間でもなかったが、チェックイン時にかなり待たされた。 設備等は、可もなく不可もなく。 17日間の旅行でメルキュールは3軒目だが、このホテルのアメニティーグッズが一番品数が少なかった。こんなにも違うものでしょうか？

オンフルールに3泊しました。この地域は公共交通機関がとても不便ですが、エトルタからの帰りやドーヴィルへ向かう時にバスを利用しました。ホテルの前がバスターミナルですから大変便利。近くにスーパーカジノもあり、町の中心にも近いです。 部屋の作りはクローゼット・冷蔵庫など工夫されており使い易かったです。

観光の中心の旧港まで徒歩で5分もかからず、ホテル裏手に専用パーキングもありとても便利です。 客室はインテリアのセンスも良く、快適でした。 朝食も美味しく、ネスプレッソマシンが置かれていました。 でも、エスプレッソでなくカプチーノをいただきたかったのでスタッフにお願いしたところ断られました。（今回の旅行で唯一断られた4つ星ホテルです。） フロントのスタッフはホスピタリティがあり、皆さんとてもフレンドリーで親切です。

チエックインの時から　不親切横柄　接客態度が　最低でした。エレベーターの不備　でさえ　きちんと対応しなっかたのには　驚きました。とても　ホテルの接客には　向いていない人なのでしようか。それとも　人種差別？

バス停が目の前でとても便利だった。観光ポイントも徒歩圏内です。お部屋も清潔でスタッフもフレンドリーでした。

Excellent hôtel pour couple en quête de sensations fortes. Idéal pour découvrir Honfleur et ses environs.

Bon hôtel, bon petit déjeuner, les chambres et salle de bain … moyen pour un mercure

Room was cold, temp set to 27c but was around 19c. Reception said to give some time if it didn't warm they would put a heater in room. Heater did t materialise.

Really good service from staff and excellent parking (note is FCFS). Pillows a bit uncomfortable and bathrooms a little small but overall good stay. Just outside main area and immediate area not beautiful but no more than 5 mins walk to town

We booked a standard room for the last night of our holiday only to arrive at the hotel to find we’d been allocated an accessible room. The bathroom was like something you’d find in a hospital with a stool in the shower. We were totally disappointed and checked out into another hotel in the area. Half the price and twice as nice. Not happy at all.

Very good breakfast. Room comfortable but basic.

Nice enough hotel with parking near the Honfleur old port city. Very walkable to lots of good restaurants. Great seafood choices at most.
