ロビーで異臭がした。 使用済みタオルが回収されていないことがあった。

空調が故障していたり、清掃が雑だったりと最低限の快適な空間というラインも難しいホテルでした。

可もなく不可もなくですが、受付はみんなフレンドリーで親切でした。

メトロやトラムの駅まで歩いて10分は有にかかりますので、スーツケースを持っての移動は困難です。バス等の車が無いと大変不便です。また、チェックアウト時の鞄の預け入れは有料コインロッカーで両替の対応も最初は断られました。

荷物を置く棚があり、部屋も清潔で良かったです。レストランが利用しやすく、店員さんの対応も良かったです。

団体客が多くフロント、エレベーターとも混雑していた。部屋に冷蔵庫、ポットがなく不便。駅まで徒歩15分かかるので市内に行くには不便。バスで来る団体客向け。

中心部までメトロで２０分くらい。 フロントは英語ＯＫなのでスムーズにやりとりできる。みんなとても感じが良かった。 メトロの１路線の２駅の間くらいに立地しているのでどちらの駅も使えるが徒歩で１０分くらいかかる。 駅からホテルまでの治安は良さそうなので少し夜遅くても大丈夫そうだった。 ホテルの隣と徒歩３分くらいのところにスーパーもあり飲み物とかの買い出しに便利だった。 目の前にピザ屋もあって持ち帰りで１０ユーロくらいで英語も通じて（最初はフランス語を調べてフランス語で注文したら普通に英語で返された笑）2日連続で買いに行ったら好きなものを聞かれオリジナル？のピザまで焼いてくれた。 初日エレベーターが壊れてたのと洗面所の排水が少し悪かったが許容範囲内。 歯ブラシ、スッリパ等はないので持ってくかスーパーで購入すればいい。冷蔵庫もない。 ホテルの高いパリでこの値段でのコスパは最高だと思う。

Le personnel a été très compréhensif, malheureusement les chambres du 9eme étages ne correspondent pas tout à fait au photos , les chambres ont déjà bien vécu ! Le chauffage est monté a fond et il faut laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour pas transpirer tt la nuit . La chambre pour trois personne adulte est vraiment petite

I really love this line of hotels, Ibis. I always try to choose them. The positives include the convenient location. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy nearby. The staff was quick to respond to my requests. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with something for every taste. The coffee was delicious, even though it was from a coffee machine. Unfortunately, I encountered some negative aspects. The room was extremely cold. The old windows were windy and draughty. I had to put my pillows on the windowsills. The TV only worked on one channel. Even the toilet—I had to call a repairman because it was clogged when I moved in. Although the staff helped right away, I had to argue and explain that I needed it done now, not tomorrow. And the worst thing I encountered—mice! There were mice in the reception area!! That evening, I went downstairs with a friend to sit and relax—and mice were running around in the lobby.

Quel cauchemar !! Hôtel à fuir ! Honteux ! Une usine serait plus paisible ! Du bruits la journée et la nuit! Impossible de fermer l'oeil ! L'hôtesse d'accueil ne connait pas le mot bonjour !! Passez votre chemin et choisissez un autre hôtel !

Hubiese sido ideal si funcionara la calefacción. Hacía demasiado frío y no funcionaba la calefacción. No pudieron darme más mantas, por lo que pedí cambio de habitación y no tenían tampoco. Terminó la chica de recepción dándome el calefactor móvil de la recepción

They used a clean bed sheets with a permanent stains that really bothered me, they should toss that, I have a picture of it. We stayed 2 nights and the floor smells really bad, we need to open the window to take away the smells, something that they used for floor cleaning I guess and when we came back the room got tidy up and towels changed without us "making a request"for room cleaning, we left our personal things disarranged knowing no one going to touch our room. On the 2nd day was worst we noticed a leak like moist or bubbles on the washroom ceiling which really need attention. The most really annoyinh and most worst part, at 930AM we got disturbed, someone opened our door and closed, when we got up it's the cleaning lady and she came back again opening the door twice in every 30 minutes, We asked her about check up time and explained to her it's not check out time yet and she just said she is new to this hotel.
