総合評価とレビュー Hôtel Mercure Paris Sud Les Ulis Courtaboeuf

顧客から徒歩でいけるMercureということで、予約しました。部屋の内装、清潔度は期待通りで、レストランもこじんまりとはしていても、さすがフランス、味はまあまあ、部屋で仕事を仕事を済ませるところまでは不満はありませんでした。ところが、午前零時頃、いざシャワーを浴びようとしたところ、なんと蛇口から煮えた熱湯しか出てきませんでした。本当の熱湯です。すぐに受付に行き、部屋の変更を依頼し、ちょうど元の部屋の真上にあるPriviledge　Roomに変えてもらったのですが、やはり熱湯しか出ず、結局、長旅のあとシャワーを浴びることなく、翌日客先に行く羽目になりました。　前金で支払い済みでしたので、リファンドもできず。人のよさそうなホテルのマネジャーは、一応大変すまなそうに、朝食無料を申し出てきたので、まあ良しとしました。　下二けた８１の部屋は要注意です。

Hotel em regiao comercial/industrial. Em finais de semana ou feriados, poucas opcoes para refeicoes nas proximidades.

Away for business, 1st night stayed at hotel for dinner . Very good quality and competitively priced. Hotel is currently going through a refurbishment

Okay tout type d'animaux, notre chien et notre chat ont passe une super nuit. Pratique pour un stop lors d'un voyage du a sa proximite avec la voie rapide, hotel tres bien insonorise.

Staying here many times. The hotel is pretty good but I feel it’s. Now very overpriced and does not offer value for money. Other hotels in the area are half the price, not quite as nice but a lot cheaper

Helpful staff, clean and quiet, just off the motorway. Perfect for a stop to break a 2 day drive to the south of France.

Final bill was so confusing, give me a bill that tells me how much I’m paying, I don’t need a break down of the tax. Fantastic to see Car chargers in the car park, may use hotel as a stop of on a personal trip in the future

All staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was great no fault of anyone but the restaurant and bar was closed all weekend so difficult to give top marks as a review as we paid full price for incomplete facilities. From our limited experience we could stay again but cant give full review as didnt recieve full experience.

Not very friendly staff, old and not very well maintained rooms.

This hotel was perfect for my stay as it was 4 minutes to work each day while on business. My only complaint is it is an industrial area, so nothing to do, the resturaunt and bar within the hotel are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday other then for breakfast.

My only complaint would be the breakfast, most days all the hot food had ran out and not replenished!

Propre mais pour 3 personnes seule 1 bouteille d'eau de 50cl mis a disposition dans les hotels 4 étoiles c'est un e par personne et le grand bémol c'est que le week end aucun service de restauration seul le petit déjeuner. Si souci pas de technicien le week end Aprés trés calme et trés agréable si le service minimum fonctionné le week end

It’s a good hotel for business . Good internet connection and comfortable bed . Breakfast had a good choice

Nous avons fait face à l'accueil le moins professionnel qui puisse exister : débit de notre emprunte bancaire, chambre non disponible car erreur informatique, attribution d'une chambre déjà occupée, pas de recherche de solutions, attitude condescendante de la réceptionniste et moqueuse de la personne à l'accueil, bref un fiasco ! pas du tout à l'image de la prise en charge Mercure !
