シャトルバスは良かったです早い空港入り希望だったので

空港からは車で10分程度の位置にあるが滞在中は飛行機の音が気になりませんでした。 朝ごはんのヨーグルトの種類が多く長い滞在でも飽きることなく美味しく頂きました。

ヒースローの早朝便に乗る時はいつも泊まっています。 ヒースロー行きの路線バスのバス停も歩いて5分ぐらいのところにありますよう 今回はスイートルームにアップグレードしていただきました。 短い時間でしたが快適に過ごすことができました。 ひとつだけマイナスがあるとしたら、シャワーの水圧弱かった点です。

フロントスタッフは親切に対応してくれました。部屋のベッドも広くて清潔、バスタブもあり、ドライヤーはなかったけれど、電気ポットはありました。 朝食は種類豊富でおいしかったです。

The property is close to the airport. The main lobby was very nice and clean but the bedroom halls were old, torn, and should be replaced. I also did not like that each hallway’s doors closed at night. The actual bedrooms were ok nothing fancy but it worked for the one night I was there.

Better than most LHR hotels. Cheerful check-in staff, uncrowded breakfast, great room (though I got a complimentary upgrade, so no idea about standard rooms). Will use again.

Great check in (even though I arrived an hour before checkin). Clean. Friendly staff. Easy transfer to airport. Good price. Restaurants on site but also McDonalds next door.

Hotel was good enough for a night. Beds comfy, clean, etc. Lobby was very nice but the rest of the hotel is looking old ( carpets stained, dated) all in all its an alright hotel. Staff was very nice. Up graded my room without asking which was a pleasent surprise. When traveling note tho that although a shuttle does come to the hotel ( not with the hotel itself) its note included as expedia add makes it seem. Maybe i read it wrong but all hotels that offer shuttle in my area of canada are included when you book an airport hotel In summary my review is its an ok place to stay.

What to say - on the plus side the staff were so professional, kind and helpful. The hotel was kind enough to store our large bags for 2 weeks while we were traveling - very courteous. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom and its amenities were clean. The negatives - the hotel is very dated with threadbare, stained carpets and a very unpleasant odor in the lobby, hallways. Uber to and from the airport were expensive. I would not stay again and choose a more modern property attached to the terminal. This hotel was too dated and inconvenient for the cost savings.
