空港からは車で10分程度の位置にあるが滞在中は飛行機の音が気になりませんでした。 朝ごはんのヨーグルトの種類が多く長い滞在でも飽きることなく美味しく頂きました。

ヒースローの早朝便に乗る時はいつも泊まっています。 ヒースロー行きの路線バスのバス停も歩いて5分ぐらいのところにありますよう 今回はスイートルームにアップグレードしていただきました。 短い時間でしたが快適に過ごすことができました。 ひとつだけマイナスがあるとしたら、シャワーの水圧弱かった点です。

空港からバスがでており、便利でした

フロントスタッフは親切に対応してくれました。部屋のベッドも広くて清潔、バスタブもあり、ドライヤーはなかったけれど、電気ポットはありました。 朝食は種類豊富でおいしかったです。

Our flight to Dubai was cancelled due to the issues there but the hotel refused to refund us including the breakfast. This was clearly nothing we could control but was very suprised the hotel took this attitude

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The available tea and coffee facilities were very welcome.

The room was comfortable. Blackout curtains were great! Key card worked once and we had to go down twice from the 4th floor to the front desk to have them reactivated. Carpets in the hallway were cut up. The lobby was nice. Gym was great. Old hotel with old fixtures throughout but clean.
