朝食のビュフェが最高によかったです。　ドーバに渡るフェリー乗り場も数分で、繁華しているストリート裏で便利な立地で、バーもレストランも部屋もいい感じです。

The hotel is in a run down area. The breakfast was excellent, dinner was average. They were helpful when we needed it.

Handy for the ferry

Room was clean and had a kettle etc. Bed was comfy, but the sheets felt very synthetic so sleeping in them got quite clammy. There was a friendly lady at check in, when it came to dinner at the restaurant the poor girl was on her own trying to do check ins, as well as take food/drinks orders, serve the food and clear tables. Food wasn't the best in the restaurant, but the breakfast was good

La nuitée était tout à fait convenable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. L'hôtel est bien situé, pas très loin du ferry. Le parking est privé, clôturé, c'est rassurant. La chambre était correcte, en bon état, un peu vieillotte (par exemple il n'y avait pas beaucoup de prises électriques).

Been staying here many years and have seen it improve. Though all the staff have always been very friendly and helpfull. Will continue to stay in the future great location and very well priced. Comfortable beds tea n kettle in room and room service snacks. Bar and restaurant friendly and fair amount of choice when open. Extremely pet friendly. Can’t ask for more

Short overnight stay. Didn’t have dinner or breakfast so can’t comment but the facilities looked ok to be fair. Room was as expected, nice comfortable bed, good enough for an overnight stay. Bathroom facilities adequate and everything was acceptable.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to us. Making sure we er geaded to the right free busses. We had dinner 1 night in their restaurant. It was delicious and reasonably priced fir a hotel!

Har brug hotellet før og vender tilbage fordi det passer godt når vi er på vej til UK. Morgenmaden kan varmt anbefales. Servicen er i top og der er højt humør.

Hotel was was fine really convenient for Tunnel and ferry. Clean and comfortable with plenty of parking . Only real downside was the restaurant was closed on Saturdays and we specifically filtered hotels with restaurants.

Room was very clean, staff were very friendly very good for the price.

Scrambled egg at breakfast was cold, had to get it reheated, hot water from machine was not boiling so tea was only lukewarm, no English breakfast tea but good other teas. Management allowed a cat to wander around dining room during breakfast, I wouldn't have eaten breakfast there had I have known this. Advertised as rooms being soundproof, this was not the case as talking in next door room could be heard and someone somewhere was coughing

Great staff. Really helpful when we had a problem with our room and switched us out immediately. Salad in restaurant was delicious.

Good place to stay the night before catching a ferry to UK. Staff are helpful and pleasant.
