A younger lady working for a dinner was very friendly and kind.

we stayed there many times previously and this time was the worst one. The receptionist was not friendry when checking in. The bathroom door creaked. The shower was very weak. The room was facing the entrance and smork from smorking people got into our room.

All staff members are super friendly.

部屋はきれいで部屋も広かったが、施設自体がやや古く、上の階の音がよく響く建物だった。サービスや清潔感には問題ないが、ほかの最近できたべストウエスタン・ホテルと比べるとやや見劣りする印象。

トロント在住。New year eveに宿泊。ナイアガラの滝まで車で25分で、問題なく年越しイベントを楽しめた。値段相応で豪華ではないが、部屋が広く、キッチンもフルなので、ファミリーにお勧め。

Staff was more than willing to help, cleaners came daily and always ensured everything was cleaned and topped up. The breakfast changed daily making a long stay enjoyable to have something new in the morning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room my family stayed was nice and comfortable. One thing we were not too happy about was the pullout couch’s sheet had some crumbs in it.
