the air conditioner system in the living room works only for the room and not for the bedroom. The duct seemd to be installed later to send the air to the bedroom but it does not work well. The day when we checked out, the elevetor was out of order, so we had to bring a heavy suitecase using stairs.

A younger lady working for a dinner was very friendly and kind.

we stayed there many times previously and this time was the worst one. The receptionist was not friendry when checking in. The bathroom door creaked. The shower was very weak. The room was facing the entrance and smork from smorking people got into our room.

All staff members are super friendly.

部屋はきれいで部屋も広かったが、施設自体がやや古く、上の階の音がよく響く建物だった。サービスや清潔感には問題ないが、ほかの最近できたべストウエスタン・ホテルと比べるとやや見劣りする印象。

トロント在住。New year eveに宿泊。ナイアガラの滝まで車で25分で、問題なく年越しイベントを楽しめた。値段相応で豪華ではないが、部屋が広く、キッチンもフルなので、ファミリーにお勧め。

The room was clean and spacious. The Concierge Trinity was exceptional…. She was pleasant and helpful my stay was extra special because of all the help the kitchen staff provided

Clean hotel, room is very comfortable and spotless and had everything we needed.

Front check in clerk was exceptional. Trinity is a gem of an employee. Her positive upbeat demeanour and her attention to detail in explaining everything we needed to know, before we even asked was appreciated. Not often do we encounter a person who takes such pride their work. As the first person guests encounter, the face of the hotel, she should be complimented for doing an impressive job.

Clean rooms, good breakfast,employees are all very helpful.
