街の中心地からは離れているが、車で移動であれば特に問題なく、近くに大型スーパーがあるものありがたい。ソファーベッドも使えば2人の子連れでも快適。NOVOTELなのでロビーにちいさなキッズスペースがあるのも良い。部屋に無料WiFiあり。小型冷蔵庫あり。湯沸し器あり。無料のペットボトル水1本付。セーフティーボックスはなかった。

建物は古い感じでしたが、清潔にはされていました。当初は部屋の臭いが気になりましたが、窓を開けて1時間ほど外出すると、臭いはなくなっていました。バスタブは綺麗でした。

Very quiet room, backing onto the garden area. Large room, especially by French standards. Anne-Claire was especially helpful! Some of the staff were a bit over.y process driven, but the location was amazing and we enjoyed our stay.

The property needs to consider better lighting in the room because it’s basically dark even when all the lights are on. Our room also had a problem with the drainage in the shower, which was very convenient when you have two people trying to shower. General things like having an ironing board and iron in every room would also be appreciated.

I would have liked to know that the safes in the rooms were not in working order. That was frustrating. The only other complaint was the lack of electrical outlets in the room. Other than that, the hotel, staff, grounds, and staff were lovely.

The lobby, bar, restaurant areas are bright, clean, and welcoming. The guest rooms are also clean and nice but with very minimum furniture. The hallways were under construction, and you walked through covered carpets and sheet rock to get to your room. The air conditioning did not work. You had to open the window to get cool air. When we complained, first they said this was because of the construction, then changed the story and said the air conditioners were off because it was not the season for air conditioning.

This town is in a key location for visiting D-Day sites. It is excellent for that. The hotel is a chain so pretty standard rooms. I am an American, but have eaten many French dinners. The restaurant dinner menu was unusual in my opinion and didn’t appeal to me. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We did not have meals at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no fan/air conditioning working in the room, so it got a bit warm by morning. We tried opening the window, but the outside traffic noise was loud. The toilet room in the bathroom is quite small. The beds were comfortable.

This property needs lots of maintenance. It looks like it’s been renovated but is still looks like it needs more. Our room’s air conditioning was not working and it was hot. We asked the front desk and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Also the room had mold on it and we showed the manager and did nothing about it. We are still on vacation and because of that are sick.

Personnel au top mais établissement en travaux dans les couloirs ! Faux plafond déposé contre les parois du couloir devant les chambres ! Pas faciles de fermer la porte de toilettes dans la chambres lorsque nous sommes dedans du fait de son étroitesse !!! Dommage pour un Novotel !!!

I liked the gym that’s open 24/7. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city center so it’s quiet but not hard to get to where you need to go. Breakfast was excellent!
