予約で支払い済みだったのに無視されて支払わされた。 後からその旨伝えたが、正しいと言われ､そんな事は無いはずと粘ったら奥に行って来て黙って返金処理をして､何の釈明も無かった。 部屋に飲み水は無いし､外に出てスーパーで水を買って来た。

I was very satisfied with this hotel except for the old equipment. I was delighted that the reception staff told me "Thank you" in Japanese. Regarding the room, fridge, hair dryer and bath tub are inside the room. This hotel provides bottled water. I think it's a good service for hiking vistors. I hope the visitors enjoy the spa after the hiking. The pool itself is small, but there are dry sauna and mist sauna. When you use the pool, you ask the staff at the entrance of the spa room. They give you a towel and guide to the dressing room. If you want to use a coin locker, you have to bring a 2euro coin. Don't forget.

夏のバカンスシーズンなのにかなりお得な価格で利用しました。部屋の作りは少し古いものの、使いやすいし、思っていたより広かったです。ただ、壁が薄いのか四方から他の音がします。音に敏感だと辛いかもしれません。

Je recommande cette hôtel ,petit déjeuner très copieux et bon. Nos avions pris le garage ,impeccable. Seul inconvénient on a payé pour un petit chien de 6kg 17 euros par jour alors qu'au départ on ne devait pas payer car c'était un petit chien.

El hotel es magnifico. salida a la avinguda Meritxell. las habitaciones amplias, muy limpias. la cama muy grande. El baño muy limpio también.

I was surprised this was a 4 star hotel. Staff were ok but not overly helpful & breakfast buffet was plentiful but average quality. Good central location though for exploring

Séjour de 4 nuits ! Bon que dire 🤔 L’hôtel est très bien faut-il encore qu’on ne vous place pas près des chaufferie à cause du bruit ! ♀️ Donc comme c’était le cas placé ch 215 😳 je suis redescendue ils me l’on changé 👍 si non la ville est superbe 🤔plein de magasins, restaurants…💳💸 Par contre de Bordeaux 6h de route à cause d’une route fermée dû a un effondrement nous a contourné par l’Espagne d’où 3h en plus 😢 Le Spa et la salle de sport sont top ☺️ Par contre le prix du petit-déjeuner 😶 15€ très cher ! Sauf si vous mangez beaucoup les matins ! Ah oui ! la dame au spa a laissé son sourire à la maison 🤷‍♀️

I really loved my stay here! The Hotel was immaculate, the room was perfect, the dinner (buffet) was over the top, and the location (central La Vella) was extremely convenient. Highly recommended!

Hotel muito bem localizado ! Era para 3 adultos , era uma sala com 2 quartos , extremamente amplos ! Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel com certeza ! Funcionária do check-in ( Desirré super atenciosa e ainda falava português fluentemente !

Mucha variedad en restaurante. Déspota el host del lugar, un par de veces demostró su educación. Pero todos el resto del personal excelente servicio. Bebidas incluidas en la habitación. Amplia. Excelente ubicación
