Service was at the lowest ever experienced, staff was rude and had zero clue what service is.
Rooms are nice, sadly the state of this Melia seems like one hand does not know what the other is trying to do, trying is the word to hang on too, they have ZERO guest service.
Worst ever check in - onmy ever peaking with the agressive version upon check out, status is failed and worse then you can imagine - with 100+ travel days a year - this is an all times worst.!!!
