I stayed at this Hotel because the bugetary hotels in Mannheim were nearly full. I liked a mini kitchen and a bath tub in my room. My room was faced with the main street, whose traffic did not disturb my sleep so much. On the other hand, I clearly heard the people talking and talking in front of the building, sometimes early morning or midnight and it was annoying. Breakfast was ok but exactly same during my stay of 6 days.

I had an ugly accident in the bath tube ending up needing sutures in my chin. There is an advertisement in the wall warning you to be careful from the slippery surface, but there is nothing in the floor stoping you from falling when the water starts to run. It might be my lack of extra caution, but it is not like I want to get hurt. Besides the staff didn’t help at all (the lady on the evening shift) she might was not rude but she wasn’t prepare for emergencies like this one. And there is no alternative way to take a shower than the tube. Other than that it was a good stay for the price, but I think they really have to do something better in the showers to prevent further or worst accidents.

Der Aufenthalt war ok und für den Preis gut. Leider ist das Hotel unfähig oder unwillig, eine korrekte Rechnung über den vollen Betrag auszustellen.

Geht von allem besser. Vom Preis her aber in Ordnung. Freundlichkeit kostet Nix. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal berücksichtigen.

Freundlicher Empfang, gepflegte Zimmer, gute Matratzen.

Wir mussten 20 Minuten auf die Brötchen beim Frühstück warten. Auch die Auswahl an Aufschnitt musste aufgefüllt werden was auch länger dauerte. Das Personal war freundlich aber überfordert.

Solides Hotel für eine oder mehrere Übernachtungen, insbesondere, wenn man in der Region einen kurzen Zwischenstopp auf einer längeren Reise einlegt oder nur wenige Tage in der Nähe verbringen möchte, um sich z.B. Worms oder Speyer anzusehen. Das freundliche und engagierte Personal wertet dieses Hotel auf!

A great hotel. Would recommend it to all. Room we stayed in was clean and spacious for two people and bed was comfortable. All staff were friendly and the breakfast was great
