The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly! We will be booking again

One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. The room was a nice size, the tv was huge, and the bed was amazingly comfy! The breakfast was incredible with so many options and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean

The check in process was great. I got a room with a bathtub without asking (this has become more and more rare) and the room was in a perfect location from the amenities (pool, gym, laundry, vending machines). There was a large outdoor grassy area where I could play ball with my 2 Border Collies. This was a great bonus! Also, the rooms were soundproof enough that I could not hear traffic.

The rooms were updated, clean, and nice. My only complaint was I-90, which isn’t something the property could control. I did request a room on the opposite side and was much happier. The front desk person was very kind and helpful in getting me moved as soon as possible. All staff were friendly, and I liked the breakfast offerings!

This was the best stay we have had on our week and a half trip. Very nice staff from front desk to cleaning staff.very clean and comfortable. Perkins was good kitchen staff a little disorganized but the waitress more than made up for it. The breakfast bar was by far the best I’ve seen in a hotel ever. The lady running it sorry didn’t get her name but she was fantastic very friendly and helpful kept everything full and fresh. Overall I wish every hotel could run this way for the price you have to pay for rooms now a days. Will most definitely stay again if in town again. I did have only one beef some people feel they need to bring their happy dogs and started barking at 5am. I feel unless it’s a service dog they have no business in a hotel

Our stay was great and the property is well taken care of. The hotel is convenient off the highway. The staff were excellent especially the breakfast room ladies.

They had a pool and breakfast in the morning. The mall. But that’s out of their hands.

Property is old. You can hear noise from surrounding rooms. Would not stay here again.

My only complaint, I drove around the motel 3 times and could not figure out where the lobby was to check in. I called the phone number on their website and I explained my situation. The lady answering said did I see the arches and then she hung up! I finally figured out where the lobby was, not aware it was attached to Perkins restaurant?? The lady at the desk said that mistake was made often, so why not put a large sign outside??

Very loud - they put us right next to a very busy hallway and lots of loud, noisy conversations. I reserved a room with a tub. Did not get a tub. 👎. The room feels clean, but this is very noisy. One of the noisiest I have been in, ever.

The air conditioner /heater made awful noises all night. Coffe maker in room did not work Toilet ran all night

The breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices.
