The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast simple but adequate with something for everyone. The hotel is very tired and shabby. Secure night time parking was a bonus!

We have used this hotel twice a year since approx 2016 travelling home from our holiday. Staff have always been good but this is 3rd time we've been badly let down by them. Our stopover at this hotel is after a 400+ miles journey. 1st time - their kitchen was being renovated. 2nd time - we found out their kitchen is only open Mon to Thur (May - Oct). So we changed our o/night stop to Thur instead of a Fri. On this 3rd stay, the restaurant was not in use as it was a Bank Holiday in France! Bank Holidays in the UK doesn't stop hotels from serving their guests. Also, this is the second time that they have not honoured the Silver Member offer of 1 free beverage. This has been the only hotel that I have had a problem with regarding this offer. Issues - 1st time the restaurant was closed we had to go to the supermarket to buy food and drink to eat in the room. 2nd and 3rd time we had to go and buy a pizza to eat in the room. The pizza place even remembered us from the last time! The supermarket was also closed. At no time was there any information shared or message sent by the hotel to advise that the kitchen would be closed on any of the occasions. After 400+ miles drive the last thing we want to do is have to go out to find somewhere that we can have a meal or buy some food. Our drive home involves another o/night stop. Sadly, we will be avoiding our o/night stop at this hotel and I will have to look for other options for the future.

Facade du resto peu attrayanf c est dommage

Overall everything was good, nice large bedroom and bathroom, downside was the toilet seat was loose and not fixed properly consequently if you weren't careful it could have been easy to fall off, why aren't these things repaired before people go in as the cleaners are obviously aware of this.

Bon prix . Grande chambre avec bureau , bonne literie , chambre un peu vieillissante notamment peinture mais bon état. SDB vieillotte avec baignoire et rideau de douche : on s’attend plutôt à une douche à l’italienne ! Mais excellent petit déjeuner ! Dîner très moyen à un prix un peu élevé pour ce que j’y ai mangé et surtout service long : 1h30 pour manger une entrée de ravioles réchauffés( trop cuits cela collait au fond du plat) et un hamburger ( bof) avec frites industrielles !! Je n’y remangerai plus. Bon accueil avec le sourire . Pour une nuit ok mais le dîner ailleurs !

Worst Ibis stay ever. Hotel is very dated. Someone had obviously smoked in our room recently, room very cold, pubic hairs in the bath, bed rock hard. Only scrapped 2 stars due to the friendly helpful receptionist in the evening

Hotel vieillissant mal, a rénover

Séjour affaires deux nuitées Avis mitigé sur cet hôtel Resté dans son jus Ce qui pourrait le résumer, c’est la nuit à 83 € Prestations limite à la hauteur du prix, sauf pour l’hygiène, manque de propreté manque cruel de propreté dans la chambre. Rédhibitoire Vitres fenêtre sales, rideau de douche sale, odeurs chambre, et dès l’accueil. On est bien loin des standards ibis, mais vu le prix c’est normal

Hôtel très calme et propre.

J'étais déçu d'apprendre que l'ascenseur était hors service avoir des bagages et entendre cette phrase.... La première chambre qui m'avait été attribuée les toilettes n'était pas propre le concierge était obliger de me changer de chambre sur ma réclamation. Malgré le tapis ppur faire jolie il était mal nettoyer je ne pouvais pas marcher meme en chaussettes chambre 118 si c'était comme des cailloux ou je sais quoi qui me piquait a chaque pas. Le point jai apprécié cest la sonorisation malgré l'hôtel n'est pas loin de la route.

GOOD VALUE BUT COULD HAVE BOOKED CHEAPER BY GOING DIRECT TO THE HOTEL. STAFF EXCELLENT

This overnight stay was a stop over from the south of france up to Calais, very easy to find and was a comfortable stopover to break our journey . Meal was good in the restaurant in the evening.

Very nice place to stay, room nice but as usual Aircon not working only blowing hot air.The units should be serviced and made to work as it can get very hot in the rooms and you dare not open the window as mosquitos are in the room immediately. The restaurant was closed in the evening with no reasons given.

Ich benötige ein kühles Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage schafft es nicht wirklich, also Fenster auf. Das ist einerseits etwas laut, vor allem scheinen die Laternen vom Parkplatz die ganze Nacht in das Zimmer. Es gibt zwar gute Verdunklungsvorhänge, die halten aber nicht nur das Licht, sondern auch die kühle Luft draußen. Das Wasser floss in der Dusche nicht gut ab, Ursache war ein Knäuel von Haaren, welches sich unter dem Verschluss angesammelt hatte und von mir entfernt werden musste. Auch im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht gut ab, darum habe ich mich nicht gekümmert. Ohne diese Probleme kann ich das Hotel gern empfehlen, also, wen das nicht stört, der ist ordentlich aufgehoben!

A very convenient stopover. The staff were extremely helpful.

Hotel is in need of a total makeover. Rooms very old and tired looking. Bathroom was not clean and had lots of long black hairs on the sides and back of the door. Room facilities poor. We had half board but the evening meal was very poor, 3 chicken strips and a very small portion of chips. Breakfast was ok. We were advised we should receive a free drink with VIP Expedia rewards but was advised by the hotel reception that this is not the case and they keep telling Expedia they should not be offering this. Overall very poor experience.
